Explore Claude workshops with Parikshit Khanna for Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram teams: practical tasks, reviewed outputs and adoption planning.

What a practical Claude session should help your team do
A useful workshop connects an everyday task with an output another person can review. For example, a sales manager may need an account brief, while an operations lead needs a clearer handover. Both require source material, instructions and a review process, but they should not receive identical exercises.
Parikshit Khanna, Founder of Digital Training Jet, offers role-based AI training for business and institutional audiences. Teams in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram can discuss the audience, delivery format and priority workflows before agreeing a programme. Relevant examples and scope matter more than a universal syllabus.

Match the exercise to the department
Audience | Practice task | Output to review |
Sales | Summarise approved account notes | Brief with needs, questions and next steps |
Marketing | Develop variations from an approved brief | Drafts checked for claims and brand tone |
Finance | Explain a fictional variance report | Commentary with independently checked figures |
HR and L&D | Rewrite an approved policy extract | Plain-language draft checked by the policy owner |
Operations | Convert process notes into a checklist | Steps with exceptions and escalation points |
Leadership | Evaluate candidate AI workflows | Pilot shortlist with owners and review measures |
An illustrative workshop structure to discuss
The following is a planning example, not a fixed timetable or a scheduled public course. Adjust the depth to the learners, available account capabilities and agreed duration. Preserve practice and feedback time when narrowing the agenda.
Stage | Learning activity | Evidence of progress |
Task briefing | Define an audience, approved inputs and acceptance criteria | A clear task brief |
Guided exercise | Produce a first draft from synthetic source material | An output with source references |
Review lab | Find unsupported statements and missing details | A corrected draft and error notes |
Reusable setup | Organise instructions and reference files where available | A documented repeatable method |
Transfer exercise | Apply the method to a second example | An independently completed deliverable |
Action planning | Select a pilot, owner and review point | A bounded implementation plan |
Worked example: an account brief from sales notes
Use a fictional prospect with a two-page meeting record and an approved product sheet. Ask Claude to produce a short account brief covering the stated need, available evidence, unanswered questions and a proposed next conversation. Ask it to preserve source references and avoid guessing a budget or purchase date.
Next, give the draft to a reviewer. Check whether the customer actually stated each need and whether the product sheet supports every capability mentioned. Revise the brief after corrections, then repeat with a different fictional prospect. This second attempt tests whether the learner understands the method rather than simply following a demonstration.
A prompt structure learners can reuse
Start with a clear brief: “Use the attached approved meeting record and product sheet. Prepare a 200-word account brief for the sales manager. Include customer needs, supporting source locations, open questions and proposed next steps. Label assumptions. Do not invent budget, timelines, commitments or product capabilities.”
Improve the request by adding the intended reader, required sections and what a successful answer must contain. If information is missing, ask Claude to list the questions to resolve. Request concise supporting evidence and an understandable explanation rather than relying on a confident final recommendation.
Build reusable context without skipping review
Projects can hold instructions and reference knowledge for related work, such as approved product information and the team’s briefing format. Artifacts can support a standalone deliverable that learners revise. Keep reference files current, identify their owner and remove superseded material so old information does not quietly shape later drafts.
Before using either capability, check the actual account and any administrator controls. For organisational material, review the applicable data arrangements; consumer and commercial products have different terms. Begin with synthetic exercises when sharing approval is unresolved.
Maintain the reference material after the session
A reusable workflow needs maintenance. Keep a simple register with document name, owner, approval date and replacement rule. If a product sheet changes, update the reference material and rerun a familiar test prompt. Check whether the revised answer reflects the change before using the process with customer work.
Avoid mixing draft and approved documents without labels. Where several files conflict, ask the process owner which one governs the task. Claude can help compare differences, but the organisation should decide which policy, price or product statement is authoritative.
Agree how progress will be assessed
Choose one recurring workflow and save its original manual output as a comparison.
Record time spent preparing, drafting, checking and correcting, rather than counting generation time alone.
Track factual corrections and whether the deliverable meets the agreed brief.
Assign a team owner to maintain reusable instructions and review the pilot before expanding it.
Define business and technical scope separately
Business participants may need prompting, documents and review routines. Developers may need a different programme covering code, repositories and testing. Confirm this distinction during scoping so the content serves the people attending. An advanced feature is useful only when participants understand its purpose and have the access required to practise it.
Frequently asked questions
Is Claude training suitable for non-technical teams?
Yes, document, communication and analysis exercises can be taught without coding. Technical depth should follow the audience and programme scope.
Can a workshop focus on one department?
A department-specific scope can be discussed. Bring two or three recurring tasks so the exercises can reflect actual working needs.
Can participants use their existing accounts?
Confirm the features and organisational controls first. The agenda should match available access and include alternatives where needed.
Will a session automatically improve productivity?
Benefits depend on the task, inputs and review effort. Measure the full workflow on comparable examples before claiming an improvement.
