AI Workshops for Students in Denmark (2026): Responsible ChatGPT and Claude Skills
Danish schools and universities are no longer asking whether students use AI. They are asking how to make that use honest, useful and safe. A Børns Vilkår survey reported in September 2026 found that nearly half of Danish 6th and 9th grade students had used chatbots such as ChatGPT in ways they themselves consider cheating, and pointed to unclear rules and inconsistent guidance as part of the problem.

Timing: Denmark is 4.5 hours behind India in winter and 3.5 hours behind in summer, so a 9:00 morning class in Copenhagen starts at 1:30 PM in India during winter time. Sessions are delivered in English.
Academic integrity comes first
These workshops do not teach students to hide AI use or get around detection. They teach the opposite: use AI as a study partner, keep your own thinking visible, and follow the rules your teacher or institution sets. Teachers are welcome to join and receive the session prompts afterwards.

Live online by default, in Danish school hours. In person sessions in Denmark can be discussed for longer programmes, with travel agreed in writing beforehand.
Which tools do students need?
Free accounts of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini cover most exercises. Students below the minimum age set by a tool should follow along on the teacher's screen rather than use their own account.
Do you teach students to avoid AI detection?
