About the Course
Agentic AI Training in India
If your team wants to move beyond isolated AI chats, start with a process that has a clear input, owner and review step. This agentic AI training in India helps business and operations teams map a workflow, decide where AI adds value and build an agreed prototype. You will practise defining tool access, testing exceptions and keeping people responsible for consequential actions before considering a wider internal pilot.
Who this programme is for
Business owners, operations leaders, digital transformation teams, IT partners and internal automation champions in India who want to design practical, reviewable workflows.
Your practical takeaways
Select a manageable workflow
Identify a recurring process with stable inputs, clear business rules and a named owner. Explain when a simple automated rule is sufficient and where AI judgment needs supervision.
Build a reviewable prototype
Map the trigger, required information, AI task, validation and output. Keep the prototype understandable to colleagues so they can inspect its behaviour and challenge weak assumptions.
Plan for failures and handover
Test missing data, incorrect outputs, duplicate requests and tool failures. Define human approval, escalation and recovery steps before proposing access to live business systems.
Six programme modules and exercises
1. Map the business process first
Describe how the task works today, including waiting time and exceptions. Select one narrow process and agree its owner, inputs, outputs and what counts as a completed case.
Practical exercise: Map a synthetic enquiry-to-draft-response process and mark decision points.
2. Distinguish rules, workflows and agents
Compare a fixed rule with a model-generated classification or plan. Decide which steps need deterministic checks and which can tolerate an AI suggestion reviewed by a person.
Practical exercise: Classify each process step as a rule, AI task or human decision.
3. Structure prompts and tool access
Define the task, permitted data and expected output fields. Give a workflow only the access it needs, and keep untrusted incoming text separate from instructions governing business actions.
Practical exercise: Create a structured task specification and an allowed-actions list.
4. Build a small workflow prototype
Use the agreed platform to connect a sample trigger, an AI task and a draft output. Inspect intermediate results so participants understand how data moves between steps.
Practical exercise: Build or map a prototype that categorises synthetic requests and drafts a reply.
5. Add review and exception handling
Define what must be checked before an action. Explore approval and error handling supported by the selected platform, and create a route for incomplete, ambiguous or failed cases.
Practical exercise: Test a rejected draft, a missing field and a simulated service failure.
6. Prepare an accountable pilot
Choose test cases, acceptance criteria and a pilot owner. Track errors and review effort alongside speed, document how to stop the workflow and agree when a specialist should assess it.
Practical exercise: Write a pilot handover with test evidence, responsibilities and unresolved risks.
Workplace examples for Indian teams
Sales operations
Starting material: Synthetic enquiry forms, approved service categories and a response template. Practice output: A categorised request and a draft acknowledgement for human review. Review: Validate contact fields, category and scope; approve the final recipient and message.
Internal service desk
Starting material: Sample employee questions and an approved fictional knowledge pack. Practice output: A suggested answer with the matching source, or a route to a colleague. Review: Escalate missing or conflicting evidence rather than inventing an answer.
Operations reporting
Starting material: Synthetic daily status entries with defined fields and reporting rules. Practice output: A consolidated draft update highlighting missing information and exceptions. Review: Detect duplicates, verify totals and let an owner approve the distributed version.
Preparation and account access
Bring a laptop, an agreed process and access approved by your IT team. Tool accounts, integrations and any API costs must be confirmed during scoping. A business design workshop can suit non-coders; hands-on implementation depth depends on participants, platform access and the agreed technical scope.
Delivery across India
Live online in IST, or onsite by written proposal. Discuss Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur or another Indian city. Dates, venue, participant numbers, duration, fees and travel are confirmed before booking. Corporate formats can focus on a three-hour foundation, a six-hour applied workshop or an agreed learning series; private sessions are scoped individually.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need coding knowledge for agentic AI training?
Business workflow design can begin without coding. Some integrations require technical knowledge, so the proposal should distinguish process design, a guided prototype and production engineering.
Will we build a fully autonomous business agent?
The workshop focuses on a bounded, reviewable prototype. Production access, autonomy and business commitments require your organisation's own testing, ownership and implementation decisions.
Which automation platform will be used?
The platform is selected during scoping based on your tools, access and learning objectives. n8n, Make or Zapier can be discussed without assuming identical capabilities.
Can the session automate our live customer process?
Use synthetic inputs first. Any live pilot needs approved access, test evidence, an accountable owner and a clear review process for external actions or record changes.
How do we request an India corporate workshop?
Share a process description, current systems, participant roles and desired prototype. Include location, dates and access constraints so the proposed agenda and delivery requirements are concrete.
