Quick answer

A one day workshop is the fastest way to get a whole team using Claude and Microsoft Copilot safely. In about six hours of training, each participant learns a repeatable prompting method, uses Claude Projects and file analysis on real work, and applies Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or Copilot Chat if your company has no paid Copilot licence. Everyone leaves with a personal prompt library and a 30 day practice plan.

Who the one day workshop is for

  • Corporate teams of 10 to 40 people in HR, finance, sales, operations and administration.

  • Leadership teams that want one shared baseline before a wider rollout.

  • Companies with Microsoft 365 Copilot licences, and companies using only Copilot Chat.

  • Teams that already use ChatGPT and want to add Claude and Copilot properly.

Delhi's economy is built on services: about 86% of the state's gross value added came from services in 2025 to 26 (IBEF, citing government data). That means most Delhi NCR teams spend their day on email, documents, spreadsheets and meetings, which is exactly where Claude and Copilot save time first.

Which licence do your people need?

  • Microsoft Copilot Chat: available without the add-on licence for eligible work accounts. It answers from the web and files you upload, so a Copilot Chat track still delivers real value.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot licence: adds grounding in your mail, meetings, chats and files, Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and agents such as Researcher and Analyst. Microsoft now shows it as Microsoft Copilot in many places.

  • Claude Free: covers chat, up to five Projects, memory, connectors and Skills.

  • Claude paid plans: add Research, Claude Cowork, Claude in Chrome and the Claude add-ins for Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. The programme is planned around the licences you already have.

Frequently asked questions

Is one day enough to learn Claude and Copilot?

One day is enough to build daily habits and a working prompt library. Teams that want deeper Claude features such as Research, Skills and Cowork, or Copilot agents, usually add a second or third day.

Do we need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence?

No. Without the licence, the Copilot part uses Copilot Chat, which works with the web and uploaded files. With the licence, the session covers Copilot inside Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Can the workshop be delivered in Hindi?

Yes. Sessions can run in English, Hindi or a mix, which suits many Delhi NCR teams.

Do participants get a certificate?

This is a practical workshop, not an exam. For a formal credential, Microsoft offers the AB-730 AI Business Professional exam, and Anthropic Academy offers free courses with completion certificates.

Which areas of Delhi NCR do you cover onsite?

Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, plus live online sessions anywhere.
