Quick answer

This advanced programme is for teams that already use Claude and Copilot daily and want them to handle multi step work. Over three days, participants learn Claude Cowork, which plans and runs tasks across files, spreadsheets, documents and websites; Claude Skills and connectors; Microsoft Copilot Cowork, built with Anthropic and generally available since June 2026; and Copilot Studio agents. No coding is required.

What you need before day one

  • Claude: Cowork and Claude in Chrome need a paid plan (Pro, Max, Ultra, Team or Enterprise). Cowork runs from the desktop app on macOS and Windows, and sessions continue in the cloud when the laptop is closed.

  • Microsoft: Copilot Cowork needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence plus usage based Copilot Credits, and it is off until an admin enables it. Licensed users can build internal agents in Copilot Studio.

  • Admin approvals: connector write tools, such as sending email or posting in Teams, stay off until an admin turns them on, so arrange approvals in advance.

Safety rules taught throughout

  • Start agents in a sandbox folder with copies of files.

  • Review every output before it leaves the team.

  • Give agents the least access they need, and add sensitive systems last.

  • Keep a simple log of what each agent is allowed to do and who approves it.

  • Competitor or market scans with sources.

  • First drafts of proposals from a template and a brief.

Frequently asked questions

Do participants need to code?

No. Everything in the programme is no code: Cowork, Skills, connectors and Copilot Studio.

What is the difference between Claude Cowork and Copilot Cowork?

Claude Cowork runs inside Claude on paid plans. Copilot Cowork runs inside Microsoft 365, was built with Anthropic, and needs the Copilot licence plus Copilot Credits.

Is it safe to let Cowork work on our files?

It is safe when you start with copies in a sandbox folder, review outputs, and expand access step by step, which is how the programme teaches it.

Is this suitable for beginners?

No. Start with the one or two day programme first, then join this course.

Can we run only the Microsoft or only the Claude part?

Yes. Days can be selected to match your licences.
