The people who ask me for private Claude help are usually founders, promoters, partners in professional firms and senior executives. They do not want a classroom. They want someone to sit with them, online or across a table, and make Claude useful for their own reading, writing and research, without their documents travelling anywhere they should not. This is my shortlist of who can do that well in 2027, checked on each provider's own page on 8 November 2026.

There is a privacy reason to get this right. Since Anthropic's consumer terms update, people on Free, Pro and Max choose whether their chats help improve Claude, and that choice changes how long data is kept. Claude itself changed this autumn: Anthropic merged Cowork into a single Claude app with Claude Docs and Claude Slides on 16 September 2026 (Unite.AI). And to be clear from the start: Claude is not financial advice.

Quick answer

  • Private, hands on coaching on your own work: a one to one trainer. I offer this on request, and NobleProg India and Jellyfish Training also list private sessions.

  • Learning entirely alone: Anthropic Academy or Coursera.

  • A strategic view among peers: ISB, IIM Ahmedabad, MIT Sloan, Wharton or Oxford Saïd.

  • Before any of these, fix your plan and privacy settings. The section after the list explains how.

How I picked

  • Discretion: private, self paced or small group options score higher.

  • Claude content, or a clear note when a programme is general AI strategy.

  • Every entry confirmed on the provider's own website on 8 November 2026.

  • Respect for a senior person's time: short formats or flexible pacing.

  • No prices listed; ask each provider.

The top 10 Claude trainers for HNIs in 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, onsite and live online)

I should say plainly what I have and have not done. I have not worked with a family office. My closest experience is with leadership audiences: a Claude session for the directors of RG Group, a Noida real estate business, on 18 September 2026, where I also advised on Claude Team versus Microsoft 365 Copilot Business; a masterclass called "Using Claude as Your Business Strategist" for the NSRCEL IIM Bangalore x Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women programme in May 2026; an AI session for industry leaders at CII New Delhi; JITO chapters' Skillathon sessions in 2025; Ranchi Gymkhana Club in March 2026; and a ChatGPT workshop for ZAFCO's CXOs in February 2025. I offer private one to one sessions on request, online or in person in Delhi NCR, built around your own reading, writing and research habits. I have completed Anthropic Academy courses, including Claude 101 and Claude Cowork.

  • Best for: founders, promoters and senior professionals who want discreet, practical coaching.

  • Recent proof: RG Group directors (18 September 2026), NSRCEL x Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women (May 2026), Ranchi Gymkhana Club (March 2026).

2. Anthropic Academy (Online)

For a principal who prefers to learn alone, Anthropic's academy is private by design: nobody else sees your progress. Its site calls the material free AI education. AI Capabilities and Limitations, about three and a half hours, is the course I would take first, because it teaches when not to trust an answer. Claude 101 and AI Fluency round it out.

  • Best for: self directed learners who value privacy.

  • Format: self paced online.

  • Official link: Anthropic Academy

3. NobleProg India (Mumbai and online)

NobleProg's Indian catalogue is the longest Claude list I found. It includes a course on Claude for executive leadership and decision making, a custom Claude course for finance professionals and executives, and a five hour fast track session. The Mumbai page states that one on one training sessions are available on request, delivered online or onsite.

  • Best for: executives who want a structured private course from an established provider.

  • Format: instructor led, online or onsite in Mumbai; one on one on request.

  • Parikshit Khanna leading a live AI session on stage
  • Parikshit Khanna on the TEDx stage
  • Parikshit Khanna delivering a live online AI session

4. Jellyfish Training (London and online)

Jellyfish Training runs a one day Claude.ai course that it also offers as a private session, live online or in person. The content is current, covering context engineering, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, Cowork and connectors, which suits a principal who wants one full, uninterrupted day. It is a UK provider, so clients in India would usually join online.

  • Best for: senior professionals who want a complete day on Claude.ai in private.

  • Format: one day, private or scheduled, online or in London.

  • Official link: Jellyfish Training

5. Coursera (Online)

AI Fundamentals with Claude, built by Advancing Women in Tech and Anthropic, takes about four hours. Four short modules cover prompting patterns, research, Artifacts, connectors and usage management, and you can pause and resume whenever your diary allows.

  • Best for: a low commitment introduction on your own schedule.

  • Format: self paced, with an optional paid certificate.

  • Official link: Coursera

6. ISB Executive Education (Campus)

AI for Leaders: Strategy to Action is a three day, on campus ISB programme for senior leaders with at least ten years of experience after a degree. It covers spotting high return AI opportunities, prompt engineering and agentic workflows, cost structures, governance and a roadmap for your own organisation. No tools are named, so this is strategy rather than Claude coaching.

  • Best for: promoters and business heads who want peers and a framework.

  • Format: three days on campus.

  • Official link: ISB

7. IIM Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

The Executive Programme in AI for Business at IIM Ahmedabad mixes live online Sunday sessions with campus modules over several months, covering generative AI, AI agents, AI in finance and operations, and a capstone. No specific tools are named. The current batch runs from October 2026 to May 2027 and its admissions are closed, so watch for the next intake.

  • Best for: senior managers who want a long, rigorous programme without leaving work.

  • Format: hybrid, live online plus campus.

8. MIT Sloan Executive Education (Online)

Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy is a six week self paced course from MIT Sloan with MIT CSAIL, at six to eight hours a week. It covers machine learning, natural language processing, robotics and generative AI from a strategy angle, and suits decision makers more than daily Claude users.

  • Best for: leaders who want an MIT grounded view of AI strategy.

  • Format: six weeks, self paced online.

  • Official link: MIT Sloan

9. Wharton Executive Education (Online)

Wharton's AI for Business is fully self paced and online, usually four to six weeks, with materials available for up to a year. Topics run from big data and machine learning to AI strategy, governance and a generative AI section with prompt engineering. It is general AI education, so ask whether Claude is covered.

  • Best for: executives who want flexible, credible grounding.

  • Format: self paced online.

  • Official link: Wharton

10. Oxford Saïd Business School (Online)

Oxford's four week Generative and Agentic AI Programme suits senior professionals who want to understand agents and governance. Weekly modules, an hour long live session and assignments lead up to building a simple agent. It is tool agnostic.

  • Best for: principals who oversee AI investment decisions.

  • Format: four weeks online.

  • Official link: Oxford Saïd

Privacy first: plan, settings and what never to paste

  • Choose the plan deliberately. On claude.com/pricing, Pro was listed at USD 20 a month (USD 17 billed annually) and Max from USD 100 a month for much heavier use. Team plans start at two seats and are listed as not training on your content by default, which suits a principal working with an executive assistant.

  • Check your data setting. Under the consumer terms update, Free, Pro and Max users decide whether their chats help improve Claude. If you allow it, data can be kept for five years; if not, the standard period is 30 days.

  • Never paste passport or bank details, signed term sheets, unredacted legal papers or private family information. Summarise and redact first.

  • Claude is not financial advice. Use it to read, summarise and prepare questions for your advisers, not to make investment decisions. Anthropic's Personal Finance in Claude beta, announced on 5 November 2026, is for US users only (Claude release notes).

General information, not legal or financial advice.

What a private Claude session with me looks like

  • Before we meet: a short call about your goals and the tools you use, and a few redacted samples of your real work.

  • Session one: setting up Claude safely, checking privacy settings, and a personal Project for one recurring task, such as reading board papers.

  • Session two: research and writing, from briefing notes and speeches to letters and book chapters, in your own voice.

  • Session three: Claude Docs and Slides, connectors to calendar and email where you approve them, and a personal prompt library.

Sessions can be one to one, or a very small group such as you and your chief of staff.

How to compare Claude trainers for HNIs

  1. Ask for leadership sessions delivered in the last year, with dates and the audience.

  2. Ask whether the trainer will sign a confidentiality agreement.

  3. Check product knowledge: Opus 5.5, the merged Claude app with Cowork inside, Projects, connectors, Docs and Slides.

  4. Expect exercises on your own redacted material, not generic demos.

  5. Get specific advice on Pro, Max or Team, and on your privacy settings.

  6. Agree where sessions happen and exactly who attends.

  7. Speak to a reference with a similar profile.

FAQs

No. My closest experience is with directors, CXOs and leadership groups such as RG Group, CII New Delhi, JITO and the NSRCEL x Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women programme.

Can Claude manage my investments?

No. Claude is not financial advice. It can summarise reports and help you prepare questions, but decisions belong with you and your regulated advisers.
