Singapore has more good Claude courses than most cities its size, which makes choosing harder, not easier. I wrote this shortlist for PMEs who want to upskill on their own and for companies that want a whole team working well with Claude in 2027. I checked every provider on its own page on 8 November 2026, and where a page says nothing about SkillsFuture, I say that too.

The backdrop is a country that planned for this. Singapore's National AI Strategy 2.0, launched on 4 December 2023, set out to grow the number of AI practitioners to 15,000. Claude also changed shape this autumn: Anthropic merged Cowork into one Claude experience on 16 September 2026 and added Claude Docs and Claude Slides. A course outline written early in 2026 may already miss things.

Quick answer

  • The most Claude focused public course: Temasek Polytechnic's two day programme.

  • A multi tool certificate with SkillsFuture Credit mentioned: Vertical Institute.

  • Leaders who need governance more than clicks: NUS Institute of Systems Science.

  • A short, focused session after work: Ancourage Academy.

  • Free and self paced: Anthropic Academy or Coursera.

  • A department trained together on its own material, live online in Singapore hours: that is my work, and below I am honest that I have no Singapore clients yet.

How I picked

  • Claude has to be taught, or the entry says plainly that the course is general generative AI.

  • Each listing was confirmed on the provider's own website on 8 November 2026.

  • SkillsFuture is mentioned only where the official page states it.

  • Practical exercises count for more than lectures.

  • I quote no prices; check them on each page.

The top 10 Claude trainers in Singapore for 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, onsite and live online)

I have no Singapore clients to show you, and I will not pretend otherwise. What I can show is international live online delivery. In September 2026 I ran an AI marketing programme with Claude and Gemini for Emami's Bangkok team, and in October 2026 I took four Emami departments through 3 hour Claude sessions online. On 3 November 2026 I ran an online AI demo session for AlEssa Med in Kuwait. Singapore is two and a half hours ahead of India, so a 10:00 AM Singapore start is 7:30 AM for me, an easy fit. I build every exercise on a task the team repeats each week, and I write the team's data rules with them before anyone pastes a document. I have completed Anthropic Academy courses, including Claude 101 and Claude Cowork.

  • Best for: Singapore companies that want one department trained together on its own material.

  • Recent proof: Emami Bangkok team (September 2026), Emami department Claude sessions (October 2026), AlEssa Med (3 November 2026).

2. Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore)

Harnessing the Power of Generative AI using Claude Chat, Cowork and Code is the most Claude specific public course I found here. Aimed at PMEs with no coding background, it covers Projects, adaptive reasoning, Artifacts, Cowork for file work and Claude Code for prototypes, then closes with responsible use, PDPA compliance and Singapore's AI governance framework. You bring a Windows laptop and a paid Claude Pro plan.

  • Best for: individual PMEs who want two solid days on Claude.

  • Format: intensive two day programme, with Temasek SkillsFuture Academy as the contact.

  • Official link: Temasek Polytechnic

3. Vertical Institute (Eunos and online)

Vertical Institute's Claude Certification Programme runs about 22 hours across seven lessons and an assessment, online or at the Lifelong Learning Institute in Eunos, with weekday and weekend classes. Despite the name, the syllabus spans Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, plus automation basics and a capstone. Its FAQ says eligible Singaporeans can use SkillsFuture Credit on fees left after other subsidies.

  • Best for: beginners and mid career learners who want a structured, multi tool certificate.

  • Format: classroom or online cohorts through the year.

  • Official link: Vertical Institute

  • Parikshit Khanna at the Arvind Fashions AI training sessions
  • Employees testing AI tools on their own work during Parikshit Khanna's corporate session
  • Corporate team practising generative AI prompts in a training room with Parikshit Khanna

4. NUS Institute of Systems Science (Singapore)

(Generative) AI for Business Leaders (or Government Leaders) is a two day course for leaders, owners and public sector decision makers. It mixes theory with tool practice and a group proposal on value, risk and governance. Claude appears among several tools rather than as the focus, so treat it as general generative AI leadership training. The page shows SkillsFuture Singapore funding for 2026, valid up to 26 November 2026.

  • Best for: senior leaders who want a governance view before a rollout.

  • Format: two full days; bring your own laptop.

  • Official link: NUS ISS

5. Ancourage Academy (Bishan, Woodlands and online)

Ancourage Academy runs two hour Claude workshops at its Bishan and Woodlands centres or live online. Working adults can pick sessions such as AI Productivity and Research, Market Your Business with AI, AI for Your Function and Build a Marketing Plan with AI, each ending with a certificate of completion. Short sessions suit people who cannot take two days off.

  • Best for: small business owners and professionals who want one focused skill.

  • Format: two hour sessions, in person or online.

  • Official link: Ancourage Academy

6. SMU Academy (Singapore)

SMU Academy lists a family of generative AI courses, from an Advanced Certificate in Generative AI, Ethics and Data Protection to app design and prompt engineering, and states that they are SkillsFuture Credit eligible. Its generative AI page does not mention Claude, so ask whether Claude is covered in the course you choose.

  • Best for: learners who want a university backed certificate with ethics and data protection content.

  • Format: online for these courses, per SMU's page.

  • Official link: SMU Academy

7. Anthropic Academy (Online)

Anthropic's free academy is where I send every Singapore learner first. AI Fluency: Framework and Foundations takes about four hours and AI Capabilities and Limitations about three and a half, and the wider catalogue adds Claude 101 and an introduction to Cowork. Learning the product from its maker is hard to beat, though nobody checks your own work.

  • Best for: anyone starting out, at no cost.

  • Format: self paced online.

  • Official link: Anthropic Academy

8. iCert Global (Singapore and online)

iCert Global's Claude AI Certification Training for Singapore is a 24 hour, four day bootcamp in a classroom or live online, with a self paced option. The outline covers prompt crafting, content and campaign support, automation, data summaries, basic scripts and handling inaccurate results. Its page does not mention SkillsFuture.

  • Best for: marketers, analysts and writers who want a longer certificate course.

  • Format: four days in a classroom or live online, or self paced.

  • Official link: iCert Global

9. NTUC LearningHub (Singapore and Zoom)

Generative AI for Business Professionals: ChatGPT, Media Synthesis, and Beyond is a two day NTUC LearningHub course on Zoom or in a classroom. It is ChatGPT led, with image, audio and video generation, and Claude is not mentioned, so ask whether Claude is covered. The page carried a SkillsFuture Credit heading with no funding detail when I checked.

  • Best for: non technical professionals who want a broad generative AI tour.

  • Format: two days, live virtual or physical class.

  • Official link: NTUC LearningHub

10. Coursera (Online)

AI Fundamentals with Claude, from Advancing Women in Tech and Anthropic, is a four hour beginner course with videos, readings and quizzes. It suits Singapore learners who prefer to study in the evening, and it covers research, Artifacts, connectors and adaptive thinking.

  • Best for: self paced learners on a tight schedule.

  • Format: online; the certificate is a paid option.

  • Official link: Coursera

SkillsFuture: what each course page actually says

Funding rules change, so I only repeat what the pages said on 8 November 2026.

  • Vertical Institute: SkillsFuture Credit for eligible Singaporeans after other subsidies, plus UTAP and PSEA; a banner points companies to SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit.

  • NUS ISS: SkillsFuture Singapore funding shown for 2026, valid up to 26 November 2026.

  • SMU Academy: generative AI courses described as SkillsFuture Credit eligible.

  • Temasek Polytechnic: part of its SkillsFuture Series, but the page gives no funding detail; check fees through its application link.

  • NTUC LearningHub: a SkillsFuture Credit heading with nothing beneath it when I looked.

  • Ancourage Academy, iCert Global, Coursera and Anthropic Academy: no SkillsFuture mention.

  • My programmes are quoted to the company. If you need SkillsFuture funding, choose a course whose page states it.

Separately, NTUC's UTAP page says members can claim 50% of subscription fees for selected AI tools from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028, after completing a UTAP approved AI course. Check the approved tool list before assuming Claude qualifies.

PDPA and Claude: what I agree with a team first

  • The PDPC published its Advisory Guidelines on use of Personal Data in AI Recommendation and Decision Systems on 1 March 2024. They explain how the PDPA applies when personal data is used to develop AI, what to tell people when seeking consent, and when a vendor acts as a data intermediary.

  • Before the first exercise I agree three rules: which personal data never goes into a prompt, which Claude plan the company uses, and who reviews outputs before they reach a customer.

  • On claude.com/pricing, Team and Enterprise are listed as not training on your content by default, while Free and Pro users control a privacy setting themselves.

This is general information, not legal advice.

How to compare Claude trainers in Singapore

  1. Ask for Claude sessions delivered in 2026, with dates and the type of team.

  2. Check that the outline reflects Opus 5.5, the merged Claude app with Cowork inside, Projects, connectors, Docs and Slides.

  3. Prefer exercises built on your own redacted documents.

  4. Ask how PDPA, client confidentiality and your sector rules shape the exercises.

  5. Get a clear view on Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise for your headcount.

  6. Look for take home materials and a support window.

  7. Confirm funding on the official course page, not in an advert.

FAQs

Have you trained companies in Singapore?

Not yet. My closest regional work is the AI marketing programme for Emami's Bangkok team in September 2026, delivered live online.

Can your sessions run inside Singapore office hours?

Yes. Singapore is two and a half hours ahead of India, so morning and afternoon Singapore slots both work for me.

Is your programme claimable under SkillsFuture?

I do not list SkillsFuture funding. If funding matters, choose a course whose official page states it, such as those noted above.

Which courses here are the most Claude specific?

Temasek Polytechnic, Ancourage Academy and iCert Global centre on Claude, and Anthropic Academy and Coursera teach it directly. Vertical Institute covers Claude alongside other tools.

Do we need Claude Pro before a course?

Temasek Polytechnic asks for a paid Claude Pro plan. For a company team, a Team plan pilot gives shared Projects and admin controls.
