Disclosure: this guide is published on Parikshit Khanna's own website. Use the checklist to compare any trainer, including him.

If you run a team in London, Manchester or Edinburgh, or you manage a UK business with colleagues in India, this is my shortlist of who can teach your people Claude well in 2027. I checked every provider below on its own website on 8 November 2026, and I have been plain about where my own experience starts and where it stops.

Two things shifted this autumn. Claude moved quickly: Opus 5.5 arrived on 22 September 2026, and on 16 September Anthropic folded Cowork into one Claude experience with Claude Docs and Claude Slides. UK rules are moving as well: the ICO says its AI guidance is under review because of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Anthropic also announced extra King's Cross office space in April 2026, sized for a team of 800, according to The National.

Quick answer

  • Learning alone and for free: Anthropic Academy.

  • A fixed outline with UK city dates: NobleProg UK or The Knowledge Academy.

  • A one day Claude.ai deep dive in London: Jellyfish Training.

  • Formal exam preparation for a Claude credential: Learning Tree.

  • Leadership strategy rather than tool skills: Oxford Saïd or Cambridge Judge.

  • A whole department practising on its own documents, live online in UK mornings: that is the work I do, and I explain below exactly what I have and have not delivered.

How I picked

  • Claude content first. Where a programme teaches general generative AI, I say so.

  • Every entry checked on the provider's own page on 8 November 2026.

  • Real fit for UK buyers: UK venues, UK friendly hours or genuinely self paced.

  • Practice on real tasks, not only slides.

  • No prices quoted, because they change.

The top 10 Claude trainers in the UK for 2027

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, onsite and live online)

I founded Digital Training Jet in 2020 and I train teams on Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini. For UK organisations I work live online and schedule sessions in the UK morning, which is mid afternoon for me in India, so nobody is training at midnight. I have not delivered onsite work in the UK; visits are possible by arrangement. My closest UK link is BT E-Serv India, part of British Telecom: on 6 August 2026 I ran a hybrid Claude workshop in Gurugram for its Legal, Compliance and Company Secretariat teams, ending with a demo of moving the same workflow into Copilot. On 5 November 2026 I delivered an organisation wide AI session for Franklin Templeton India live on Microsoft Teams, with a practice workbook and a 60 prompt library that also references Claude. I have completed Anthropic Academy courses, including Claude 101 and Claude Cowork.

  • Best for: UK teams and India linked UK firms that want a department practising Claude on its own sanitised documents.

  • Recent proof: BT E-Serv India (6 August 2026), Emami department sessions (October 2026), Franklin Templeton India (5 November 2026).

2. Anthropic Academy (Online)

Anthropic runs its own learning site, and its Claude Academy describes the material as free AI education. The catalogue includes Claude 101, Introduction to Claude Cowork, AI Fluency: Framework and Foundations, and AI Capabilities and Limitations, plus developer tracks on the Claude API and Model Context Protocol. It is the cleanest place to learn the product from the people who build it.

  • Best for: individuals, and IT leads doing groundwork before a rollout.

  • Format: self paced online courses, with a certificate on completion.

  • Official link: Anthropic Academy

3. NobleProg UK (UK cities and online)

NobleProg publishes a 14 hour instructor led course, Introduction to Claude AI: Conversational AI and Business Applications. It is pitched at beginners in business and customer support roles and walks through setup, prompting, document summaries, workflow automation, chatbots and responsible use. It runs online or onsite, and the UK page lists provisional dates in Birmingham, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.

  • Best for: teams that want a set outline from an established training company.

  • Format: live and instructor led, online or at your UK site.

  • Participants at a Digital Training Jet AI workshop
  • Participants with certificates after a Digital Training Jet AI programme
  • Parikshit Khanna with participants after an AI workshop

4. Jellyfish Training (London and online)

Jellyfish Training, the UK training arm of Jellyfish Group, runs Getting Started with Claude.ai: Going Beyond the Prompt. The outline is refreshingly current: context engineering, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, Claude Cowork and connectors, with a certificate of attendance. Scheduled dates run live online or in person at The Shard, and private sessions are offered too.

  • Best for: marketing, operations, sales, HR and finance staff who are new to Claude.

  • Format: one day, live online or in person; private sessions on request.

  • Official link: Jellyfish Training

5. QA (Online)

QA lists short live virtual sessions on Claude Web. Claude Web Essentials, From prompt to productivity is a one hour introduction to the interface, prompt structure, research, summaries and checking answers. A companion one hour webinar, Fundamentals of prompting in Claude Web, teaches a task, context, examples and format checklist.

  • Best for: large organisations that want a quick, consistent starting point for many staff.

  • Format: one hour live virtual classroom sessions.

  • Official link: QA

6. The Knowledge Academy (UK wide)

The Knowledge Academy offers a one day Claude AI course in classroom, live online, self paced and onsite formats, with a long list of UK venues from London and Manchester to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast. Modules move from Claude fundamentals and prompt engineering to large documents, business use cases, coding and automation, and safety.

  • Best for: individuals or small groups who want a dated public course near home.

  • Format: one day, in a classroom, online or at your office.

  • Official link: The Knowledge Academy

7. Learning Tree (Online and private team training)

Learning Tree announced instructor led preparation courses for Anthropic's Claude certifications on 27 August 2026, and its UK site lists two and three day exam prep courses for the associate, architect and developer credentials. These suit technical staff who need a formal credential.

  • Best for: IT and solution architecture staff preparing for a Claude certification exam.

  • Format: live virtual classes and private team training.

8. Coursera (Online)

AI Fundamentals with Claude is offered on Coursera by Advancing Women in Tech with Anthropic. It is a beginner course of about four hours over four modules, covering how Claude works, prompting patterns, research, Artifacts, connectors and usage management. Enrolment is free; a shareable certificate needs the paid certificate option.

  • Best for: self starters who like short videos and quizzes.

  • Format: self paced online.

  • Official link: Coursera

9. Oxford Saïd Business School (Online)

The Oxford Generative and Agentic AI Programme runs for four weeks online, with weekly modules, short live sessions and assignments. It covers LLM foundations, agent design and governance, and includes building a simple agent. Oxford describes it as tool agnostic, so it does not teach Claude specifically; ask how much time is spent inside any one tool.

  • Best for: senior professionals who need strategy and governance more than product skills.

  • Format: four week online programme.

  • Official link: Oxford Saïd

10. Cambridge Judge Business School (Cambridge)

Generative Artificial Intelligence: From Hype to Business Impact is a four day, in person programme in Cambridge for mid to senior executives. Modules span AI foundations with practice, leading transformation, law, ethics and governance, and strategy. No specific tools are named, so treat it as general generative AI education and ask whether Claude is covered.

  • Best for: leaders who want an academic setting and peer discussion.

  • Format: four days in person, with dates listed into 2027.

  • Official link: Cambridge Judge

What UK teams should settle before anyone trains them

  • Data protection. The ICO publishes detailed guidance on AI and data protection, on explaining decisions made with AI, and an AI and data protection risk toolkit. Agree with your DPO which data may go into Claude before the first session. This is general information, not legal advice.

  • The plan. On the Claude pricing page, Team and Enterprise are listed as not training on your content by default, while Free and Pro have a privacy setting each user controls. Team Standard seats were listed at USD 25 per seat per month, or USD 20 billed annually, when I checked. Confirm before buying.

  • The clock. The UK is on GMT from 25 October 2026 until clocks go forward on 28 March 2027 (GOV.UK). India is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead in winter and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead in summer, so a 9:30 AM London start is 3:00 PM in India now and 2:00 PM after March.

How to compare Claude trainers in the UK

  1. Ask for Claude work delivered in the last six months, with dates and the type of team.

  2. Check product knowledge: Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, the merged Claude app with Cowork inside, Projects, connectors, Docs and Slides.

  3. Insist on labs built from your own sanitised documents, not generic demos.

  4. Ask how the trainer handles UK GDPR, client confidentiality and your sector rules.

  5. Get advice on Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise for your actual headcount.

  6. Look for a workbook, a prompt library and a follow up window after the session.

  7. Speak to one reference from a similar organisation.

A UK morning programme I would propose

  • Morning one, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM UK time: safe use rules, prompt structure, and a shared Claude Project loaded with approved files.

  • Morning two: proposals, policies and client reports drafted from your own material, then reviewed line by line.

  • Morning three: Cowork style tasks inside Claude, Claude Docs and Slides, connectors, and one repeatable workflow handed over to the team.

Each morning ends with work the team can use that afternoon.

FAQs

Have you trained teams onsite in the UK?

No. My UK relevant work so far is live online, plus the hybrid BT E-Serv India workshop in Gurugram. Onsite visits can be discussed by arrangement.

What time would sessions start for a London team?

Usually 9:30 AM UK time. While the UK is on GMT that is 3:00 PM in India; during British Summer Time it is 2:00 PM.

Does UK GDPR stop a team from using Claude?

Not on its own. Most organisations set rules on what personal data may enter prompts, choose a business plan with the right settings, and run a DPIA for higher risk uses. Follow your DPO and the ICO guidance. This is general information, not legal advice.

Is a course certificate the same as an Anthropic credential?

No. A completion certificate describes the provider's course. Anthropic's own certification exams are separate, which is why Learning Tree sells preparation courses for them.

Which plan should a UK team pilot first?

Most teams start with a small Team plan pilot because of shared Projects and admin controls, then decide on Enterprise once usage and governance needs are clear.
