Top 10 Claude Trainers in Dubai for 2027

Most Dubai teams I speak with already have Claude open in a browser tab. What they lack is a shared way of using it: which plan, which data may go in, and which tasks to hand over. I wrote this shortlist for HR, L&D and business heads in retail and jewellery groups, hospitality operators, family businesses and free zone firms who want to close that gap in 2027.
The product moved fast this autumn. Anthropic released Claude Opus 5.5 on 22 September 2026 and Sonnet 5.5 six days later, and on 16 September it folded Cowork into the main Claude chat. Dubai is pushing in the same direction: its Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, launched in April 2024, asked every government entity to appoint a Chief AI Officer, a clear signal that AI skills now matter across the city.

The provider's own page had to show Claude content when I checked it on 8 November 2026. Where a course is general generative AI, I say so.

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, live online and onsite by arrangement)
I founded Digital Training Jet in 2020 and work from Greater Noida West in Delhi NCR. 2. One Million Prompters, Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (Online)
Run by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, part of Dubai Future Foundation, this initiative is free to join, according to Gulf News. The course has four modules of about one hour each, moving from AI basics to chatbot conversations, productivity and creative uses, and it ends with a Prompt Literacy Certification. It is tool neutral rather than Claude specific, which makes it a useful common baseline before you invest in Claude seats.
Best for: giving a large workforce shared prompting vocabulary at no cost

3. iCert Global (Dubai)
iCert Global lists a Claude AI Certification Training course for Dubai that runs as a four day bootcamp of 24 hours. You can attend a classroom batch, join live online classes with session recordings, take self paced elearning, or ask for corporate delivery. The syllabus covers prompt crafting, content drafting, automation, document summaries and responsible use, with no prior AI experience needed.
Best for: individuals and junior teams who want a structured certificate course

4. NobleProg UAE (Dubai, Sharjah and online)
NobleProg's UAE page carries one of the longest Claude catalogues I found: courses on Claude Cowork, Claude Projects and Skills for teams, Claude for executive leadership and several Claude Code tracks, mostly 7 to 14 hours. Training runs live online or onsite at your premises, and the page listed upcoming public dates at a Dubai Creek hotel and at Sharjah Expo Centre when I checked.
Best for: teams that need one narrow Claude skill, such as Cowork or Claude Code

5. Zabeel Institute (Dubai and Sharjah)
Zabeel Institute says it has trained in the UAE since 1988 and runs a Claude AI Mastery course for business professionals from Dubai and Sharjah. The course centres on Claude for business writing, prompt engineering, research, document analysis and workflow automation, with ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini as supporting tools. Classes run in a classroom, onsite or online, with weekday and weekend options.
Best for: working professionals who prefer evening or weekend classroom study

6. The Knowledge Academy (Dubai)
The Knowledge Academy runs a one day Claude AI Certification Course for Dubai. Its modules cover Claude fundamentals, prompt engineering, long documents, business uses such as meeting summaries and SOPs, basic coding help, and safety topics like hallucinations. You can choose online instructor led, self paced, classroom or onsite delivery.
Best for: a quick one day overview for mixed business roles

7. Koenig Solutions (UAE office, live online)
Koenig lists a UAE office and an 8 hour course called Claude for Everyday Productivity, covering Projects, Artifacts, Skills and Connectors, Claude for Microsoft 365, Claude in Chrome and enterprise privacy controls. Formats include live online, classroom, one to one and self paced, and Koenig also offers customised corporate programmes.
Best for: Microsoft 365 heavy offices that want Claude features taught in one day

8. Edoxi Training Institute (Bur Dubai)
Edoxi runs a 24 hour Generative AI Training Course from its Bur Dubai centre. Claude is taught alongside ChatGPT, Perplexity, NotebookLM and Copilot, so it suits people comparing assistants rather than going deep on one. Corporate groups can book it onsite, at a hotel or virtually, and Edoxi describes the course as KHDA approved.
Best for: beginners and career switchers who want several AI tools in one course

9. Anthropic Academy (Online)
Anthropic's own learning hub is free and self paced. Its catalogue includes Claude 101, Introduction to Claude Cowork, AI Fluency, AI Capabilities and Limitations, Claude Code 101, and a course on deploying Claude Enterprise.
Best for: anyone who wants product knowledge straight from the maker

10. Coursera: AI Fundamentals with Claude (Online)
This beginner course was created by Advancing Women in Tech with Anthropic. It takes about four hours across four modules and covers prompt patterns, ideation, problem solving and AI literacy, with a shareable certificate at the end. Coursera says the course is available in several languages.
Best for: self learners who want a short, recognised starting point

How to compare Claude trainers in Dubai
Ask for dated Claude work from the last six months, not only general AI sessions.
Check product knowledge: Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, the merged Claude with Cowork, Projects, connectors and Skills.
Insist on labs using sanitised versions of your own files: tenancy contracts, store reports, guest feedback, supplier emails.
Ask how the trainer handles UAE PDPL and, if you sit in DIFC, Regulation 10 on autonomous systems.
Get plan advice in writing: Free, Pro, Team or Enterprise, and who needs which seat.
Ask what stays behind: a prompt library, a team policy, recordings, and a follow up session.
Speak to one past client in a similar industry.
Dubai data rules and your prompts
This is general information, not legal advice. Most onshore Dubai companies fall under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021, which took effect on 2 January 2022 and generally requires consent before personal data is processed. Firms inside DIFC follow DIFC's own Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, and DIFC's Regulation 10 adds rules for personal data processed through autonomous and semi autonomous systems, treating the business that deploys a system as the controller. Before any lab I agree three rules: customer names, passport numbers and payroll data stay out of prompts; work happens on a Team or Enterprise plan, not personal accounts; and anything client facing gets human review. DIFC firms should also involve their data protection officer.
Where Claude earns its keep in Dubai businesses
Retail and jewellery groups: weekly store reports summarised into one page, product descriptions in English and Arabic, supplier email drafts.
Hospitality: guest review themes, SOP rewrites, training scripts for front office teams.
Family businesses: board papers, comparison of two contract drafts, a shared Claude Project holding approved policies.
Free zone professional firms: research briefs, proposal first drafts and meeting notes, with client data kept out.
Anthropic's own documentation reports Claude Opus 5.5 scoring 99.3% of its English benchmark result in Arabic, but I still ask a native speaker on your team to review every Arabic draft before it goes out.

Can you run Claude training onsite in Dubai?
Yes, by arrangement. Live online is the usual format for Gulf teams, with a short onsite visit planned where it adds value.
Is Claude available to companies in the UAE?
Yes. Anthropic lists the United Arab Emirates among its supported countries. Check that work laptops allow claude.ai before the session.
Which Claude plan should a Dubai team start with?
Most teams pilot on Team. On 6 November 2026 Anthropic's pricing page listed Team Standard at USD 25 per seat per month, or USD 20 billed annually. Check the page before buying.
Will free courses be enough for my staff?
They are a strong start for individuals. Teams usually also need practice on their own files and agreed rules.
