When a team in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah asks me about Claude, the first question is rarely about prompts. It is about governance: who approves the tool, where the data sits, and how the training lines up with the emirate's own AI plans. This guide is for HR, transformation and department heads in those emirates, and for companies whose staff are spread across several emirates, who need a Claude training partner for 2027.
The public sector has set the pace. On 7 October 2026 Abu Dhabi's Department of Government Enablement launched AiNative with OpenAI, Microsoft and MBZUAI, aiming to upskill 20,000 of its government workforce by the end of the year. In July 2026 the Sharjah Digital Department ran an AI readiness workshop for its media, marketing and design teams, tied to the Sharjah Digital Transformation Strategy 2026 to 2028. Firms that work with these bodies will want their own teams to keep pace.

1. Parikshit Khanna, Digital Training Jet (Delhi NCR, live online and onsite by arrangement)
I run Digital Training Jet, which I founded in 2020, from Greater Noida West in Delhi NCR. For UAE wide teams I work live online, so staff in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates join the same session, with onsite visits by arrangement. 2. The Academy at MBZUAI (Abu Dhabi)
The Academy is the executive education arm of Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. Its Global AI Leadership Program runs over five days at the Masdar City campus for senior decision makers from government and industry, with modules on AI fundamentals, governance and workforce change, and a third cohort was planned for autumn 2026. It also offers customised training for organisations. The focus is strategy, not Claude features.
Best for: Abu Dhabi leaders shaping an AI agenda before any tool rollout

3. American University of Sharjah, Executive Education (Sharjah)
AUS lists "AI Excellence for Executives: Strategic Decision Making with the GAIEM Framework", a three day in person professional certificate run with GCAIE on its Sharjah campus from 24 to 26 November 2026. It helps business leaders assess AI readiness and shape strategy. The engineering college's executive education unit also tailors programmes for organisations at AUS, at client premises or online. It is a general AI leadership course, so ask whether Claude is covered.
Best for: Sharjah executives who want an academic AI strategy credential

4. Zabeel Institute (Sharjah and Dubai)
Zabeel lists head offices in Sharjah and Dubai and offers its Claude business course across the UAE. The course is built around Claude for business communication, research, document analysis and workflow automation, with ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini as supporting tools. Study can be in a classroom, onsite at your company or online.
Best for: Sharjah based professionals who want a nearby classroom

5. The Knowledge Academy (Abu Dhabi)
The Knowledge Academy has an Abu Dhabi page for its one day Claude AI Certification Course. The six modules cover Claude fundamentals, prompt engineering, working with large documents, business uses such as SOPs and meeting actions, coding and automation basics, and safety and data privacy. It can be booked as a virtual class, self paced, in a classroom or at your office.
Best for: Abu Dhabi staff who need a one day grounding

6. NobleProg UAE (UAE wide onsite and online)
NobleProg runs a broad Claude catalogue for the UAE and will deliver at your premises in any emirate or live online. Titles range from Claude for Productivity and Claude Projects and Skills for Teams to Claude for legal and financial professionals and Claude Code for developers. When I checked, a Claude for Productivity date was listed at Sharjah Expo Centre on 14 December 2026.
Best for: organisations wanting a specific Claude module delivered in their own emirate

7. Vinsys UAE (Online and corporate)
Vinsys lists a three day Claude AI for Managers and Performance Certification for the UAE, covering decision support, delegation, performance reviews, report automation and responsible use. A two day Claude AI Governance and Enterprise Adoption course targets directors, risk teams and AI committees. Both run instructor led online or as customised company training.
Best for: managers and governance committees in government linked or regulated firms

8. Koenig Solutions (UAE office, online)
Koenig lists a UAE office and an 8 hour Claude for Everyday Productivity course. It covers Projects, Artifacts, Skills, Connectors, the Microsoft 365 integration and enterprise privacy controls. One to one scheduling is available, which suits leaders who cannot join a public batch.
Best for: individual executives who want a private day on Claude

9. Anthropic Academy (Online)
Anthropic's free learning site has short courses including Claude 101, Introduction to Claude Cowork, AI Capabilities and Limitations, and Deploying Claude Enterprise with Confidence, which is useful for IT teams planning a rollout.
Best for: IT admins and individuals who want accurate product knowledge

10. DataCamp: Claude 101 (Online)
DataCamp hosts Claude 101, which its page says was created by Anthropic and adapted for the platform. It is a beginner course on prompting, Projects, Artifacts, Skills, connectors and Research mode, and ends with a statement of accomplishment.
Best for: staff who like short interactive lessons

How to compare Claude trainers in the UAE
Ask for Claude work dated within the last six months, not only general AI sessions.
Check the trainer can show Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Cowork inside Claude, Projects, connectors and Skills.
Require labs on sanitised versions of your own memos, tenders or reports.
Ask how the session handles the PDPL, ADGM or DIFC rules, and your entity's approved tool list.
Get plan advice in writing: Free, Pro, Team or Enterprise.
Confirm Arabic drafting practice is reviewed by your own native speakers.
Ask what stays with you afterwards: prompt library, policy draft, follow up session.

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the national AI picture
The UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 sets eight objectives, including adopting AI across government services and training talent for AI enabled jobs, with priority sectors such as tourism and hospitality, logistics, healthcare and energy. Abu Dhabi's AiNative gives its government track ChatGPT, Codex and Microsoft 365 Copilot, while a public track runs through the Tomouh app with UAE Pass. None of this stops a private company choosing Claude, but it does mean your staff may already use two or three assistants. Good Claude training shows where Claude fits beside them.
Data rules across the emirates
General information, not legal advice. Most onshore companies follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021. Abu Dhabi Global Market has its own Data Protection Regulations 2021, overseen by the ADGM Office of Data Protection, and DIFC has its own law in Dubai. Government linked entities may also have their own policies on approved tools. Before any session I agree three things with the client: which data may be used, which Claude plan staff will use, and who reviews output before it leaves the team.
Arabic and English output
Anthropic's documentation shows Claude Opus 5.5 scoring 99.3% of its English benchmark result in Arabic. That makes bilingual drafting practical, but tone, honorifics and terms used in government correspondence still need a native reviewer, so I build that review step into every Arabic exercise.

Yes. Live online sessions let people join from every emirate, and Gulf office hours sit only 1.5 hours behind India.
Does an MBZUAI or AUS programme replace hands on Claude training?
No. Those programmes build leadership understanding of AI strategy. Teams still need practice on the tool they will use every day.
Can government linked entities use Claude?
That depends on each entity's approved tool policy. I start from your policy and design exercises inside it.
Do you hold onsite sessions in Abu Dhabi?
By arrangement. Live online usually suits teams spread across emirates, and an onsite visit can be planned where it helps.
Is Claude available in the UAE?
Yes. Anthropic lists the United Arab Emirates as a supported country. Ask IT to allow claude.ai on work laptops before training.
