Enterprise AI Training in India: Scope, Governance and Adoption Plan

Enterprise AI training should connect business goals with the systems employees are authorised to use. Parikshit Khanna and Digital Training Jet offer customised programmes for leadership and business teams. This page explains a proposed engagement structure so your HR, IT and business owners can assess it together.
Start with a defined business problem
Choose a task with a repeatable input and an output someone can review. Examples include preparing a weekly management brief, converting approved process notes into a draft SOP or producing a first analysis of an illustrative sales file. Avoid a brief that simply asks employees to learn every AI tool. A good programme can explain who owns the task, what success means and what information must remain outside the training environment.
A proposed three-stage programme
Stage 1 — readiness and leadership alignment. Review your approved accounts, data classification rules, participant experience and priority workflows. Agree on the difference between training, a prototype and a production deployment. Identify the human reviewer and escalation route for each exercise.
Stage 2 — department practice. Participants build outputs in the approved tool environment. Prompting covers the task, source material, constraints, required format and checks. Each lab should include an intentionally incomplete or incorrect input so learners practise identifying a problem rather than accepting the first response.
Stage 3 — adoption review. Participants repeat an agreed task after training. Compare accuracy, preparation time, review effort and reuse of the workflow. A follow-up review can identify where better data, permissions or process changes are needed. This is a proposed evaluation design, not a claim of a previously achieved return.
Choose tools by access and task
Claude can be considered for document and knowledge-work exercises, with product features governed by the organisation’s plan and configuration. Microsoft 365 Copilot training should distinguish available chat access from licensed application experiences and tenant-enabled agents. Automation exercises need approved connectors, test data, limited permissions and a clear stop condition. Exact feature availability must be checked before the session.
Duration, exercises and deliverables
A proposed two-hour leadership session covers opportunity selection and risk ownership. A three-hour department lab can complete one workflow and review it against a rubric. A six-hour practical day can develop several related outputs with breaks and group feedback. For lasting adoption, consider separate practice sessions with time to test the material between them.
Agree on the exact deliverable pack before booking: an agenda, synthetic practice files, a prompt framework, a review checklist, an assessment task and an adoption scorecard. Recording, support hours, resource licensing and production integration are separate scope items that belong in the quotation.
Evidence and expectations
Parikshit’s independent institutional evidence includes a CHRIST University report of a January 2025 prompt-engineering course. It supports a teaching engagement, not a measured enterprise ROI claim. For your organisation, request a relevant reference and client-approved evidence. No training programme can guarantee savings without a baseline and a measured follow-up.
Request a tailored proposal
Send the department mix, cohort size, software environment, delivery city or online preference and two tasks to improve. The proposal should state prerequisites, timings, practice outputs, evaluation, commercials and follow-up. This is an independent training service; software product names do not imply certification or endorsement by their vendors.
