Microsoft guidance to check before practice
Microsoft says prompts, responses and Microsoft Graph data used by Copilot are not used to train foundation language models.
Confirm your actual account access with IT before delivery. Record the app, source files and review owner for each exercise. If a feature is unavailable, use an agreed alternative and mark the feature as not practised. Licence purchase and technical configuration should be scoped separately from facilitation.

How to run the exercise
Assign a business sponsor, an IT contact and a content owner before the first session. Agree where prompts and sample outputs can be stored. Keep production system changes out of practice exercises unless separately authorised and supervised.
How to assess the result
Review the pilot against acceptance criteria, not enthusiasm alone. Track output quality, repeat use, unresolved access problems and the time needed for human correction.

Only if explicitly included and performed by an authorised person. User training does not by itself authorise changes to permissions, retention or security policy.
Are agents included automatically?
