ChatGPT training built around your own work
Many professionals in India have tried ChatGPT for a quick email or idea. Far fewer use it with confidence for work that matters: a client proposal, a board update, a research note or a monthly report. The gap is rarely the tool. It is the method. Without a clear way to brief ChatGPT, review its answer and improve it, results stay inconsistent. This programme gives you that method, using your own tasks, so the skill carries straight back to your desk.
The format is personal. In one-to-one coaching, every session follows your role, your industry and your goals. A founder may focus on investor updates, pitch notes and customer communication. A finance manager may focus on commentary and checking calculations. A consultant may focus on client research, proposals and clear reports. Small groups share one plan, but each person still completes exercises from their own work. Sessions start at your current level, so beginners and experienced users both make steady, visible progress.
ChatGPT also keeps changing. In 2026, OpenAI added ChatGPT Work, which can use connected apps and files to prepare documents, presentations and spreadsheet analysis, and can schedule recurring tasks. Projects can now keep their own memory, separate from your other chats. Features depend on your plan, so we check your account before the first session and teach what you can actually use. The aim is simple: fewer rewrites, clearer drafts and better judgement about when to trust an answer and when to check.

How private training works
Private and small-group training follows a simple path. It starts with your goals and ends with a finished piece of work, so you see progress in your own tasks rather than in theory.
Goal discussion: You share your role, current ChatGPT use and two or three tasks you want to improve.
Written plan: You receive a written plan with session count, topics, dates and fees before booking.
Live sessions: Each session has a short demonstration, a guided exercise on your task and a review.
Practice between sessions: You apply new prompts at work and bring the results back for feedback.
Capstone and plan: You complete one real project and leave with a prompt library and 30-day plan.
Who this training is for
Working professionals. Executives and specialists who write, research or report every day and want reliable results from ChatGPT without hours of trial and error. No coding knowledge is needed.
Managers and team leads. Managers who use ChatGPT for planning, reviews, meeting notes and updates, and who need to show their own team what good, safe use looks like.
Founders and business owners. Founders of startups, MSMEs and family businesses who personally handle sales, marketing, hiring and operations themselves and want practical help with each of these jobs.
Consultants and freelancers. Independent consultants, advisers, coaches and freelancers who want faster research, cleaner proposals and clearer client communication, while checking every fact before it reaches a client.
Senior leaders, privately. CXOs and senior leaders who prefer a confidential one-to-one setting to learn at their own pace, ask direct questions and practise sensitive tasks using safe, anonymised examples.
Small teams. Groups of two to ten people in a startup, agency or department that want a shared method, a common prompt library and simple review rules.
What you will be able to do
Choose tasks where ChatGPT saves real time, and recognise tasks where your own judgement must lead.
Write clear prompts that state your goal, context, constraints and the exact format you need back.
Improve drafts through focused feedback instead of starting again when the first answer misses.
Write professional emails, proposals and updates that keep your facts, your voice and the right tone.
Research a question with a defined scope, open the sources and record the evidence behind key claims.
Turn documents, PDFs and spreadsheets into summaries and slide outlines that you have checked against the original.
Set up projects with files and instructions, so recurring work starts from a strong, consistent base.
Leave with a personal prompt library, a finished practice project and a 30-day practice plan.

Course modules
The programme has eight modules. In private coaching, we choose the order and depth based on your role. In small groups, we agree the focus with the group before the first session.
Module 1: Understand ChatGPT and pick your first tasks
We start with how ChatGPT produces answers, where it is strong and where it makes confident mistakes. You learn three uses: quick answers, developing ideas through conversation, and delegated work with a clear deliverable. Then you list your weekly tasks and choose the ones where ChatGPT will help you most.
Exercise: List your ten most frequent tasks and rank them by time and value. Output: Personal AI opportunity map and first-week plan
Module 2: Prompts that communicate your intent
You learn a six-part worksheet: role, task, context, constraints, output format and review criteria. It is a course method, not a fixed formula, and you will learn when a short prompt is enough. We practise giving feedback, adding examples and asking ChatGPT to list its assumptions before it answers. You also save the prompts that work.
Exercise: Turn one vague request into a precise prompt and test three versions. Output: Five reusable prompts for your role
Module 3: Professional writing and communication
Practise emails, meeting follow-ups, proposals, presentation narratives, LinkedIn posts and service explanations. You learn to keep names, dates, figures and commitments accurate, and to make drafts sound like you, not a generic assistant. We also cover difficult messages, such as declining a request or following up on a pending payment.
Exercise: Rewrite three of your recent emails and compare tone, clarity and length. Output: Communication mini-portfolio and personal style brief
Module 4: Research, comparison and verification
Define a research question, set comparison criteria and ask ChatGPT to search with sources. You then open the underlying pages, separate facts from opinions and note clearly what remains uncertain or unverified. This builds the habit that protects your reputation: never forwarding a claim that you have not checked yourself.
Exercise: Compare three options for a real decision using a criteria table and source record. Output: Research brief with comparison table and sources
Module 5: Documents, PDFs and learning material
Extract key points from long documents, compare two versions of a policy or contract, and create outlines for different audiences, such as clients or senior management. You learn to check every summary against the original, because missing exceptions and wrong numbers are common errors. Confidential documents are replaced with safe samples where needed.
Exercise: Summarise a long PDF for two audiences and check both against the source. Output: Document-to-output workflow and checklist
Module 6: Spreadsheets, data stories and presentations
Ask useful questions of a spreadsheet, define metrics clearly and check every calculation, step by step. Then turn the findings into a short management message and a clear five-slide storyline. We cover how to state data limits honestly, so your audience understands what the numbers can and cannot really show.
Exercise: Build a five-slide storyline from a sample sales sheet with verified figures. Output: Reviewed data narrative and calculation checklist
Module 7: Projects, visuals and ChatGPT Work
Organise recurring work in projects with their own files and instructions, write clear briefs for images and visuals, and, where your plan allows, use ChatGPT Work for documents, presentations and scheduled tasks. Every output is checked for facts, text errors, accessibility and usage rights before it is shared with anyone. Tool demonstrations depend on your account.
Exercise: Set up one project for a recurring task and test it with two real requests. Output: Working project setup and final-review checklist
Module 8: Personal workflow and capstone
Complete one job-relevant assignment from start to finish, such as a proposal, a report or a training note. You record where your own judgement was needed, what you changed and which prompts worked well. We then build a simple 30-day routine, so the new habits continue after the training ends.
Exercise: Deliver one finished work project and explain the review decisions behind it. Output: Finished project, prompt library and 30-day plan
Practice projects by role
Every learner practises on tasks from their own role. These examples show the kind of work that professionals and small teams in India bring to the sessions.
Team | Practice task | Reviewable output |
Founder | Explain your service clearly to a new customer in simple language | Service note and sales email |
Manager | Turn scattered meeting notes into decisions, owners and deadlines | Action register and team update |
Consultant | Research a client's industry and structure a proposal outline | Research brief and proposal draft |
Sales | Plan a customer conversation from a product brief and likely objections | Call plan and follow-up email |
Finance | Write variance commentary and check each calculation step by step | Checked commentary with working steps |
HR | Create a joining checklist and FAQ for a new employee | Onboarding checklist and employee FAQ |
Operations | Draft a standard procedure and handover checklist from rough notes | SOP draft and handover checklist |
Marketing | Plan a month of LinkedIn posts from your expertise and goals | Content calendar with draft posts |

ChatGPT training for professionals across India
Most private and small-group sessions run live online, so learners in any Indian city can join from office or home. Sessions can be scheduled around your working hours, including early mornings, evenings or weekends where agreed. Onsite sessions are possible in Delhi NCR and other cities, depending on dates, travel and group size. Every format, location and schedule is confirmed in writing before booking, so there are no surprises later.
The examples reflect how people in India actually work. You may write to clients in English but reply to customers in Hindi or another regional language. You may handle GST invoices, MIS reports, tender documents or WhatsApp updates for customers. We use these situations in practice. We also discuss what you should never paste into an AI tool, such as Aadhaar numbers, bank details or client records, unless your organisation has approved it.
Onsite cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, plus live online sessions anywhere in India.

Frequently asked questions
Is one-to-one ChatGPT training available in India?
Yes. Private one-to-one coaching runs live online for learners anywhere in India, and onsite in Delhi NCR or other cities when dates and travel allow. Every session uses your own tasks, so the learning applies to your role from day one. Sessions and schedule are agreed in a written plan.
I am a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?
Yes. Sessions begin at your current level. If you are new, we start with how ChatGPT works, how to write a clear prompt and how to check the answer. Basic comfort with email, documents and spreadsheets helps. No coding is needed for any core module.
I already use ChatGPT daily. What will I gain?
Experienced users usually gain structure. You learn to brief ChatGPT precisely, improve drafts through feedback, use projects for recurring work and verify research properly. We also cover newer features on your plan, such as ChatGPT Work. The goal is a stronger prompt library and fewer rewrites.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?
Not for the core modules. Prompting, writing and research practice work on most accounts. Some features, such as ChatGPT Work on web and mobile and shared team workspaces, depend on your plan. We check your account before the first session and plan exercises around what you can use.
Can a small team attend together?
Yes. Groups of two to ten people, such as a startup team, an agency or a department, can learn together. Everyone follows one programme, but each person completes exercises from their own work. The group also builds a shared prompt library and agrees simple review rules.
How is this different from your corporate ChatGPT programme?
The corporate programme serves larger batches across several departments, with company-wide policies, pilots and adoption measures. This programme is personal. It focuses on one person or a small team, their tasks and their pace. If your company needs a department-wide rollout, ask about the corporate programme.
What does private ChatGPT training cost?
Fees depend on the format, number of sessions and whether training is online or onsite. We do not publish fixed prices, because each plan is built around the learner. After a short discussion of your goals, you receive a written plan with sessions, dates and fees.
Is my work information kept confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private, and you decide what to share. For sensitive tasks, we use anonymised or fictional versions of your documents. If you use an employer's ChatGPT workspace, its data policy applies. OpenAI states that it does not train its models on business plan data by default.
Can sessions run outside office hours?
Yes, where agreed. Many working professionals prefer early mornings, evenings or weekends, and online sessions make this easier because there is no travel. Session times are fixed in the written plan before booking, so you can block your calendar in advance.
How do I get started?
Send a WhatsApp message or email with your role, city, current ChatGPT use, two or three tasks you want to improve and whether you prefer one-to-one or small-group training. You will receive a suggested plan with sessions, dates and fees in writing.
