Why companies need structured ChatGPT training
Most Indian companies already have staff using ChatGPT. The problem is that each person uses it differently. One manager gets a sharp summary, another gets a vague and generic draft. Some employees paste confidential data into personal accounts. Structured training fixes this. It gives every team the same method for choosing tasks, writing prompts, checking facts and saving what works. The result is consistent output that a reviewer can trust, and clear rules that your IT, legal and HR teams can support.
ChatGPT has also changed a great deal in 2026. OpenAI now offers ChatGPT Work, which can use connected apps and files to produce documents, presentations and spreadsheet analysis, and can run scheduled tasks. It also has a Plan mode, where you review and approve the proposed steps before any work starts. These features are powerful, but they need clear permissions and human review. Our programme teaches teams to use the features available on your plan, inside the limits your organisation sets.
Every module in this practical programme ends with an exercise on a task your department actually does, using approved, sanitised or fictional data. HR builds an onboarding pack. Finance drafts variance commentary and checks the totals. Sales prepares an account brief. By the end, each team has a shared prompt library, a review checklist and a small pilot to run for 30 days. Your managers can then measure turnaround time, corrections and reviewer effort, and decide where to scale next.

How the programme runs
Every engagement follows the same five steps. This keeps the training tied to your goals, your approved tools and your data rules, and gives managers a clear way to measure what changes afterwards.
Discovery call: We understand your departments, team sizes, current AI use, approved tools and the tasks that matter most.
Written proposal: You receive scope, modules, format, dates and fees in writing before anything is confirmed.
Custom exercises: We build practice tasks from your sanitised samples or realistic fictional data for each department.
Hands-on delivery: Short demonstrations, guided practice and review discussions, delivered onsite in India or live online.
Pilot and follow-up: Teams leave with a prompt library and a 30-day pilot plan, with measures agreed upfront.
Who this corporate programme is for
HR and L&D teams. For job descriptions, onboarding plans, policy explainers, employee FAQs and training content. Teams learn to draft faster while keeping people decisions and final approval with human reviewers.
Sales and marketing. For account research, proposals, follow-up emails, campaign briefs and content calendars. Participants learn to work from approved product facts and flag claims that need checking.
Finance and accounts. For management commentary, metric definitions, reconciliation checklists and report narratives. Exercises use sanitised data, and every calculation is checked, because numbers always need human verification.
Operations and procurement. For SOPs, handover notes, exception logs, supplier comparisons and meeting minutes. Teams learn to turn rough notes into clear documents and to compare vendors against criteria they set themselves.
CXOs and leadership. For decision briefs, board notes, strategy options and company direction on AI use. A leadership briefing helps senior teams set priorities, approve tools and sponsor a pilot.
Customer service teams. For response banks, complaint summaries, tone checks and knowledge articles. Agents learn to draft polite, accurate replies from approved information and to escalate anything that needs a human decision.
What your teams will be able to do
Pick the right tasks for ChatGPT by weighing frequency, effort, business value and how hard the output is to review.
Write structured prompts with role, task, context, constraints, output format and review criteria for consistent team results.
Turn approved documents, policies and meeting notes into accurate summaries, FAQs and action registers.
Draft proposals, emails and customer replies that stay within approved facts and match the company's tone of voice.
Spot unsupported claims, missing information and wrong calculations before any output reaches a manager or client.
Use projects, connected apps and ChatGPT Work features safely, within the permissions your administrators have approved.
Build a department prompt library with owners, sample outputs and quality checks.
Plan a 30-day pilot with baseline measures, so leaders can judge real value before scaling further.

Programme modules
The full programme has eight modules. We select and adjust them for each batch, so a finance team and a sales team practise different tasks while learning the same core method for prompting and review.
Module 1: AI foundations and choosing the right tasks
Participants learn what ChatGPT does well, where it errs and why a draft is not an approved record. Each team lists its recurring tasks and scores them by frequency, effort, value and review difficulty. We also walk through your company's AI policy, so everyone knows which accounts and data are allowed.
Exercise: Map ten recurring department tasks and select two for a pilot. Output: Department use-case map and pilot shortlist
Module 2: Prompting for consistent team output
We teach a six-part prompt structure: role, task, context, constraints, output format and review criteria. This is a training method, not an OpenAI rule, but it helps different colleagues get similar quality from similar requests every time. Teams practise giving feedback, adding examples and asking ChatGPT to state its assumptions first.
Exercise: Rewrite a weak prompt three times and compare the outputs side by side. Output: Reusable team prompt template
Module 3: Documents, policies and knowledge work
Teams turn approved policies, circulars, reports and meeting notes into summaries, FAQs, employee guides and action registers. We keep facts separate from suggested wording and link each output back to its source. Participants learn to check names, dates, numbers and missing exceptions against the original document before they share anything with colleagues.
Exercise: Convert a sample policy into a two-page employee FAQ with source references. Output: Source-linked knowledge brief and review steps
Module 4: Sales, marketing and customer communication
Teams prepare account briefs, proposals, follow-up emails, campaign ideas and customer replies from approved product and customer information. We cover tone for Indian and international clients, drafts in Hindi or regional languages for review by fluent colleagues, and how to avoid making claims that the company cannot support or prove.
Exercise: Draft a proposal summary and a follow-up email, then fact-check every claim. Output: Commercial communication pack with fact-check list
Module 5: Finance, spreadsheets and management reporting
Using sanitised or fictional data, finance and MIS teams draft variance commentary, define metrics and build reconciliation checks. ChatGPT can analyse uploaded spreadsheets, but every total and percentage must be verified by a person. We show how to ask for working steps, so errors are easier to spot and fix.
Exercise: Write monthly variance commentary from a sample sheet and reconcile the totals. Output: Reporting draft, metric dictionary and reconciliation checklist
Module 6: HR, operations and procurement applications
Teams draft role descriptions, onboarding plans, SOPs, handover notes and supplier comparison matrices against stated criteria. We discuss bias, fairness and confidentiality in HR use, and why hiring and vendor decisions stay with authorised people. Templates are built so that other colleagues across the department can reuse them later without starting again.
Exercise: Build an SOP and a supplier comparison matrix from rough notes. Output: Department template and review rubric
Module 7: ChatGPT Work, projects and connected workflows
We cover the features available on your plan, such as shared projects with files and instructions, connected apps like Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, scheduled tasks and Plan mode in ChatGPT Work. Teams learn to scope a task, approve the plan, check permissions and review the result before anything is sent or published.
Exercise: Write and test a workflow specification for one weekly team report. Output: Tested workflow specification
Module 8: Quality checks, adoption and team capstone
Groups present one finished output each. Peers and the trainer score it on accuracy, completeness, clarity, confidentiality and usefulness. Each team then plans a 30-day pilot with an owner, baseline measures and review points. Improvements are measured after implementation, not promised in advance as a fixed percentage or a headline figure.
Exercise: Present a capstone output and explain the review decisions behind it. Output: Scored capstone and 30-day pilot plan
Department use cases
These are typical tasks that teams practise during the programme. We replace them with your own examples once we understand each department's priorities and data rules.
Team | Practice task | Reviewable output |
Leadership | Summarise market notes and internal updates into options for a monthly review | One-page decision brief for leaders |
Sales | Prepare for a client meeting from approved product sheets and past notes | Account brief and follow-up email |
Marketing | Plan a festive season campaign from a product brief and audience notes | Campaign brief and content calendar |
HR | Create joining material for new employees from policies and the handbook | Onboarding checklist and employee FAQ |
Finance | Explain monthly budget variances from a sanitised MIS sheet | Variance commentary with checked totals |
Operations | Turn shift notes and incident logs into a standard operating procedure | SOP draft and exception log |
Procurement | Compare three vendor quotations against price, delivery and quality criteria | Supplier comparison matrix with notes |
Customer service | Draft replies to common complaints using approved policies and tone rules | Reviewed and approved response bank |

Corporate ChatGPT training across India
Digital Training Jet is based in Delhi NCR, and Parikshit delivers onsite programmes for companies across India. Onsite training suits teams that learn well together in one room, with department breakouts and live review of outputs. Live online sessions work well for teams spread across plants, branches and regional offices. Hybrid formats are possible when part of the group is remote. Location, travel, batch size and dates are agreed in the written proposal, before anything is booked.
Indian companies have specific needs. Many teams write to clients in English but serve customers in Hindi or regional languages. Many work with GST invoices, MIS sheets, tender documents and compliance circulars. We build exercises around this reality. We also explain, at a practical level, how India's data protection law (the DPDP Act, 2023) and your internal policy shape what staff may paste into any AI tool. OpenAI also offers data storage at rest in India for eligible ChatGPT Enterprise customers.
Onsite cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Guwahati, plus live online sessions anywhere in India.
Why choose Parikshit Khanna
Wide training experience. Parikshit has trained 3,50,000+ professionals through Digital Training Jet, which he founded in 2020 in Delhi NCR. He adjusts quickly to beginners, experienced managers and mixed batches in one room.
Corporate client experience. Teams at Arvind Fashions, Sheela Foam (Sleepwell), Godrej Properties, Emami, Malabar Group, vivo India and CP PLUS have attended his AI training sessions, so examples come from real business work.

Safe-use rules we teach
Use only company-approved accounts and tools for work data, never personal accounts for confidential material.
Remove personal, client and financial identifiers unless your approved workspace and policy clearly allow them.
Treat every output as a draft until a responsible person has checked facts, figures and tone.
Ask for sources or working steps, then open and verify them before relying on any claim.
Keep decisions on hiring, credit, legal matters and customers with authorised people, not with AI tools.
Frequently asked questions
Can the training be customised for each department?
Yes. We start with a discovery call to understand each department's tasks, tools and data rules. Exercises are then built around those tasks, using sanitised samples or realistic fictional data. Customisation is described in the written proposal, so each team knows what it will cover.
Do you deliver onsite ChatGPT training outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Parikshit is based in Delhi NCR and delivers onsite programmes in other Indian cities, subject to dates and travel. Live online delivery is also available for teams spread across locations. The format, venue needs, batch size and schedule are confirmed in the written proposal before anything is booked.
What does corporate ChatGPT training cost?
Fees depend on the format, number of batches, level of customisation and whether delivery is onsite or online. We do not publish a fixed price list. After the discovery call, you receive one written proposal with scope, dates and fees for your approval.
Do participants need paid ChatGPT accounts?
It depends on the exercises you want. Core prompting and writing modules work on most accounts. Features such as shared projects, connected apps and ChatGPT Work depend on your plan and admin settings. We confirm what your accounts can do before finalising the agenda.
Is our company data safe during the training?
Exercises use only material your company approves, and we recommend sanitised or fictional data wherever possible. OpenAI states that it does not train its models on organisation data from ChatGPT Business and Enterprise by default. Even so, your internal policy decides what can be shared, and we teach staff to follow it.
Should we still build custom GPTs for our teams?
Plan carefully. In September 2026, OpenAI announced plans to retire custom GPTs across ChatGPT plans and to provide a migration path to plugins. If your teams rely on custom GPTs, the programme covers how to document the instructions and knowledge behind them, so they can move to the newer setup without losing work.
How long should our programme be?
It depends on your team's current experience, the number of departments and how many workflows you want to build. A leadership briefing takes two to three hours, and a single department often starts with a half-day workshop. Larger rollouts suit a full day or a multi-session programme.
Can finance, legal and audit teams rely on ChatGPT outputs?
Only after checking. ChatGPT is useful for first drafts, summaries and structure, but it can misread figures or state things that are not supported. In this programme, qualified professionals stay responsible for review. Teams learn to ask for working steps, reconcile totals and mark any claim that needs a source.
How will we measure the value of the training?
Before the pilot, each team records a baseline for one or two tasks, such as turnaround time, number of corrections or reviewer effort. After 30 days, the same measures are taken again. This gives leaders evidence from their own work rather than general claims.
What details do you need to send a proposal?
Please share your company name, city, team size, departments, preferred dates, priority tasks, delivery preference (onsite, online or hybrid) and the AI tools your company has approved. Send these on WhatsApp or by email, and you will receive a written proposal with scope, dates and fees.
