One partner for AI skills across your organisation

Most Indian companies now have some employees using AI tools, but use is uneven. A few people save hours each week, while others avoid the tools or paste sensitive data into them without thinking. Leaders want productivity, HR wants a safe policy and IT wants control over which tools are approved. Corporate AI training closes that gap. It gives every department a shared method for using AI on real tasks, checking the output and keeping company and customer data safe.

This page introduces all programmes from Digital Training Jet, founded by Parikshit Khanna in 2020 and based in Delhi NCR. The tracks cover the assistants your teams are most likely to use: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini. Creative teams can learn Canva AI and Higgsfield AI. Marketing teams can add digital marketing, SEO, AEO and GEO, Google Ads and social media. Senior leaders can choose private coaching. You can book one track or combine several into a company plan.

Every programme is practical. Participants work on tasks from their own role, such as a monthly MIS summary, a job description, a sales proposal, a supplier email or a campaign plan. They learn prompt structure, how to give context, how to review output for errors and when not to use AI at all. Parikshit has trained 3,50,000+ professionals, spoken at TEDx on redesigning work with AI, and trained teams at companies including Arvind Fashions, Emami, GMR Delhi Duty Free, RMZ and CP PLUS.

How a corporate AI training engagement works

Each programme is designed around your company before delivery. These steps keep the scope clear for HR, L&D and procurement teams, and every commercial detail is confirmed in a written proposal.

  1. Needs discussion: We discuss departments, headcount, approved tools, cities and goals on WhatsApp or email.

  2. Track selection: Parikshit recommends the right tracks, format and depth for each group and seniority level.

  3. Written proposal: You receive the scope, agenda, format, dates and fees in writing before booking.

  4. Practical delivery: Participants work on real role-based tasks onsite or live online, with feedback throughout.

  5. Adoption follow-up: Teams leave with prompt libraries, review checklists and a 30-day plan for daily use.

Who these AI programmes are for

HR and L&D leaders. Plan an AI skills rollout by role and level, with clear outcomes, safe use rules and exercises. HR teams also learn AI for job descriptions, policies, onboarding and employee communication.

CXOs and founders. Understand what current AI assistants can and cannot do, where they fit in your business and how to set policy. Private coaching is available for leaders who prefer one-to-one sessions.

Finance and operations heads. Use AI to summarise reports, explain variances, draft SOPs and compare vendor quotes, with strict checks on numbers and clear rules about which data can be shared.

Sales and marketing teams. Research accounts, draft proposals and follow-ups, plan campaigns and improve visibility in Google and AI search. Marketing tracks include SEO, AEO and GEO, Google Ads and social media.

Manufacturing and plant teams. Apply AI to shift reports, maintenance logs, quality checklists, operator training material and supplier communication, using simple language and examples from the plant office and shop floor.

IT and transformation teams. Support the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude with adoption training that matches your licences, approved tools and governance rules, so employees use what the company has bought.

What participants will be able to do

  • Write clear prompts with role, context, task, format and constraints, for usable output in fewer attempts.

  • Choose the right assistant for each task among ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini, based on company access.

  • Summarise long documents, meeting notes and reports, then check every number and claim against the source.

  • Build reusable prompt templates for recurring tasks in HR, finance, sales, marketing and operations.

  • Draft emails, proposals, SOPs and presentations faster while keeping the company's tone and facts correct.

  • Recognise hallucinations, outdated information and bias, and apply a simple review routine before using output.

  • Follow safe data rules that reflect company policy and general awareness of India's DPDP Act.

  • Leave with a 30-day adoption plan that names tasks, owners and how progress will be reviewed.

Eight programme tracks

Each track can run as a standalone workshop or as part of a company-wide plan. Tracks are tailored to your departments, approved tools and sector, and the depth depends on the format you choose.

Module 1: ChatGPT for business teams

A practical track on using ChatGPT for writing, research and analysis at work. Participants learn prompt structure, working with uploaded files, building reusable prompts and reviewing output. Examples include HR letters, sales follow-ups, finance summaries and operations checklists. The track also covers which company data should never go into a chat and how to follow your company policy.

Exercise: Turn one weekly task into a reusable prompt and test it on real input. Output: Department prompt library

Module 2: Claude for analysis, writing and projects

Claude suits teams that work with long documents, careful writing and structured analysis. Participants practise summarising policies and contracts, comparing documents, drafting reports and turning rough notes into clear communication. They learn to give full context, ask for a specific structure and verify every claim against the source, so recurring work becomes faster without losing accuracy.

Exercise: Summarise a long policy document and verify five key points. Output: Verified summary and writing templates

Module 3: Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily work

For companies on Microsoft 365, this track shows how Copilot works inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Participants draft documents, analyse spreadsheets, build presentations and summarise email threads. It also covers Copilot Chat, which Microsoft offers at no additional cost to eligible Microsoft 365 users, and how to work within your licences.

Exercise: Use Copilot to turn meeting notes into an action email and slides. Output: Copilot workflow checklist by role

Module 4: Google Gemini for Workspace teams

For companies on Google Workspace, this track covers Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet and Drive. Participants summarise email threads, draft documents, build spreadsheets and create slides. They also learn to work with company files in Drive while respecting sharing permissions. Exercises match the plan and features your administrator has enabled.

Exercise: Summarise a Gmail thread and draft a reply with Gemini. Output: Gemini prompt sheet for Workspace

Module 5: Canva AI and Higgsfield AI for creative teams

Marketing and communication teams learn to create on-brand visuals faster with Canva's AI features, and to plan images and short videos with Higgsfield AI, an AI-native creative suite for images, video and voice. This is training only. Digital Training Jet does not take video production, video making or content generation projects; it trains your team to do this work.

Exercise: Create a branded post set and plan one short video concept. Output: Brand-safe creative workflow and prompts

Module 6: Digital marketing, Google Ads and social media

A complete marketing track for teams that want more from every channel, covering customer research, landing pages, Google Ads campaign planning, social media planning across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business, and simple reporting. AI supports research and first drafts, while participants learn to review claims, protect brand voice and measure what matters.

Exercise: Plan one campaign across search and social with a clear goal. Output: Campaign plan and reporting sheet

Module 7: SEO, AEO and GEO for AI search

Search is changing as people ask AI assistants as well as Google. This track explains search engine optimisation, answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation in plain terms. Participants learn to write helpful pages, structure answers and build trust signals. It teaches sound methods only and makes no promise of rankings or AI citations.

Exercise: Rewrite one service page to answer real customer questions clearly. Output: Page improvement checklist

Module 8: Private AI coaching for leaders

One-to-one sessions for CXOs, founders and senior managers who want to use AI personally before leading adoption. Coaching covers daily productivity, decision preparation, board and investor communication, reading AI output critically and setting team policy. Sessions run online or in person in Delhi NCR, and each ends with clear tasks.

Exercise: Build a personal AI routine for one recurring leadership task. Output: Personal AI playbook

Best for: CXOs, founders and senior leadership teams

Department workshop (3 to 6 hours)

AI training across India, onsite and online

Indian companies start from different places. A Bengaluru technology firm may already have Copilot or Gemini licences, while a family-owned manufacturer in Ludhiana or Surat may rely on free tools on personal phones. The training meets each team where it is today. It uses simple English, with Hindi explanations where helpful, and examples from Indian work: GST paperwork, vendor follow-ups, dealer networks, plant reports, festive campaigns and hiring at scale.

Data protection is now part of every AI conversation in India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is coming into force in phases: MeitY notified the DPDP Rules in November 2025, with most duties for organisations scheduled to apply about 18 months later. Each programme includes general awareness of what this means for AI at work, such as limiting personal data in prompts. This is awareness, not legal advice. Sessions run onsite across India or online for teams spread across branches.

Onsite cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati, plus live online sessions anywhere in India.

Why companies choose Parikshit Khanna

Experience at scale. Parikshit Khanna has trained 3,50,000+ professionals and led sessions at IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee and IIT Guwahati. Teams at Arvind Fashions, Sheela Foam (Sleepwell), Emami, GMR Delhi Duty Free, RMZ, Godrej Properties and CP PLUS have trained with him.

Tool-neutral advice. Training follows the tools your company already uses or has approved, whether ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. The aim is better work with your licences, not a pitch for another product.

Department-specific examples. HR, finance, sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing and leadership each get exercises from their own work, so participants can apply what they learn the next morning.

TEDx speaker on AI. His TEDx talk, Redesigning Work with Artificial Intelligence, at TEDxEicher School Faridabad Youth in August 2026, carries the same practical message: redesign the work, not just the tools.

Founder-led delivery. Parikshit has run Digital Training Jet from Delhi NCR since 2020 and leads sessions himself. He is co-author of Rejection to Redirection and Digital Black, and is rated 4.7 out of 5 on Topmate.

Safe and honest approach. Every track includes data safety, output checking and clear limits. Programmes build skills and habits; they do not promise fixed productivity numbers, rankings or business results.

Responsible AI rules taught in every track

  1. Use only AI tools your company has approved, with work accounts rather than personal ones.

  2. Never enter customer personal data, employee records or confidential financials into unapproved AI tools.

  3. Check every number, name, date and claim in AI output against the original source.

  4. Tell reviewers when content is AI-assisted, and keep a human accountable for every final decision.

  5. Respect copyright and brand rules when creating images, video or text with AI tools.

Frequently asked questions

What is corporate AI training?

Corporate AI training teaches employees to use AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini safely and productively in their own work. It teaches prompt structure, task selection, output review and data rules, with examples from each department.

Which AI tools do you train on?

The main tracks cover ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini, plus Canva AI and Higgsfield AI for creative teams. Marketing tracks cover digital marketing, SEO, AEO and GEO, Google Ads and social media. Training usually uses the tools your company has already approved.

Can you train different departments in one programme?

Yes. Larger programmes usually run in batches by department or seniority, such as HR, finance, sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing and leadership. A short shared session on safe use and prompt basics can open the programme, followed by department workshops that go deeper.

Do you deliver onsite training outside Delhi NCR?

Yes. Onsite sessions run across Delhi NCR and, on request, in cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Guwahati, usually as one or two day blocks. Live online training on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet suits teams in any city.

Does the training cover the DPDP Act?

Each programme includes general awareness of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for everyday AI use, such as limiting personal data in prompts. MeitY notified the DPDP Rules in November 2025 with phased timelines. This is awareness only; your legal team should advise on specific obligations.

Do employees need technical or coding skills?

No. The programmes are designed for business users. If someone can write an email and use a spreadsheet, they can join. Technical teams can request deeper content during the needs discussion, and leaders can choose private coaching for a one-to-one pace.

Will Digital Training Jet create videos or content for us?

No. Digital Training Jet provides training only. It does not take video production, video making or content generation projects, including work with Higgsfield AI or Canva. The creative track trains your own team to plan, create and review content using your brand guidelines.

How much does corporate AI training cost?

Fees depend on the tracks chosen, format, number of batches, location and customisation. After a short needs discussion on WhatsApp or email, you receive a written proposal with scope, agenda, dates and fees, so HR and procurement can review everything before booking.

Can you guarantee productivity gains?

No. Productivity depends on tool access, management support, the type of work and how consistently teams practise. The training builds skills, templates and safe habits. We suggest choosing a few tasks before training and comparing how they are done afterwards, so progress is measured honestly.

How do we get started?

Send a WhatsApp message or email with your company name, departments, approximate headcount, cities, approved AI tools and goals. Parikshit will reply with questions or a suggested plan, then a written proposal. Many companies begin with a leadership briefing or one department workshop.
