Digital marketing training that connects every channel

Most teams in India do not lack marketing activity. They post on social media, boost posts, run Google Ads and send emails. What is often missing is a connected plan. The ad promises one thing, the landing page says another, enquiries wait a day for a reply, and reports count clicks instead of qualified leads. This programme closes that gap by treating audience, offer, website, search, paid media, follow-up and measurement as one system, with an owner for every activity.

AI is part of the method, not the headline. Participants use assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to organise customer research, draft outlines, compare messages and summarise campaign data. They also learn where AI goes wrong: invented figures, generic copy, claims your company cannot prove and a tone that does not fit your brand. Every exercise includes a review step, so your team gains speed without losing accuracy. The aim is faster, better decisions, with people accountable for what gets published.

The programme is built around your business. Before training starts, we agree on your sector, customers, priority channels and one real challenge, such as weak enquiry quality or an unclear content plan. Exercises then use your products and approved data, or realistic practice data. By the end, your team has a working campaign blueprint and a 30-day action plan with owners and review dates. This is training, not an agency service, so your people keep the skills after the sessions end.

How the programme runs

Every programme follows five steps, so the training matches your business before the first session and stays useful after the last. Scope, dates and fees are confirmed in a written proposal.

  1. Requirement discussion: We discuss your goals, team roles, current channels, tools and the business challenge you want solved.

  2. Written proposal: You receive modules, format, duration, deliverables, dates and fees in writing before anything is booked.

  3. Customised preparation: Exercises are built around your products, customer questions and approved data or realistic practice data.

  4. Hands-on sessions: Short explanations, live demonstrations and guided exercises, with each output reviewed against agreed quality checks.

  5. Blueprint and plan: Teams present a campaign blueprint and leave with a 30-day plan, named owners and review dates.

Who this digital marketing training is for

Marketing teams. Executives and managers who plan campaigns, write content and prepare reports. They learn to link every channel to a business goal and use AI for drafts without losing accuracy.

Business owners and founders. Owners who hire agencies or run marketing themselves. They learn to write sharper briefs, ask better questions about results and spot activity that never leads to enquiries.

Sales and inside sales. Teams that receive digital enquiries and must convert them. They learn lead routing, faster follow-up, nurture messages and how to share lead quality feedback with marketing.

CXOs and department heads. Leaders who approve budgets and need a clear view of what digital marketing can and cannot do, which metrics matter and how AI changes team workflows.

HR and L&D leaders. Learning teams building a shared marketing foundation across mixed experience levels, with one common language, reusable templates and a capstone that shows each participant's progress.

Agencies and freelancers. Small agency teams that want a consistent planning and review process for clients, with structured briefs, checked AI drafts and reports that explain decisions plainly.

What your team will be able to do

  • Write an audience and offer brief covering needs, triggers, objections, proof and the next action.

  • Map the customer journey and give every channel one clear, measurable purpose.

  • Brief or rewrite a landing page with a clear headline, credible proof and simple enquiry path.

  • Group customer searches by intent and write distinct titles and meta descriptions for priority pages.

  • Use AI assistants to draft content, then check every claim, figure and tone against approved sources.

  • Plan a practice Google Ads campaign with intent groups, exclusions, ad drafts and budget assumptions.

  • Define GA4 key events, UTM naming and a short report that separates clicks, enquiries and qualified leads.

  • Present a 30-day improvement plan with owners, priorities, dependencies and review dates.

Eight practical digital marketing modules

Each module ends with a working output your team can use the following week. Modules can be shortened, extended or reordered in the proposal to suit your sector, roles and experience.

Module 1: Customer understanding and marketing strategy

Separate business goals, such as qualified enquiries, repeat purchases or awareness, from vanity numbers like likes and impressions. Build customer profiles from evidence: buying triggers, objections, decision criteria and the proof your company can show. Use AI to organise research notes and flag assumptions that still need checking, rather than trusting a generated persona.

Exercise: Map the problem, evidence, objections and next action for one approved offer. Output: Audience and offer brief plus journey map

Module 2: Websites, landing pages and lead conversion

Learn what a visitor needs before enquiring: a relevant offer, clear service detail, credible proof, honest next steps and easy contact. Work on headlines, page structure, mobile readability, ad-to-page match and FAQs from real buyer questions. Design enquiry journeys that collect only necessary personal data, record consent and assign follow-up ownership.

Exercise: Review a sample landing page at mobile size and rewrite its headline and proof. Output: Landing page wireframe and enquiry-handling checklist

Module 3: SEO, local discovery and AI search

Match search intent to page content, organise topics into clear questions and answers, and connect them with internal links. Write distinct titles and meta descriptions, check basic indexing, and keep Google Business Profile details current. Understand how AI Overviews and AI Mode in Google Search link to indexed pages, with no promise of ranking or citation.

Exercise: Group ten customer searches by intent and write metadata for five priority pages. Output: Search intent map and five reviewed metadata pairs

Module 4: Content marketing with AI and editorial judgement

Build a content plan from customer questions and business priorities. Use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with a clear prompt structure: role, task, context, constraints, evidence and output format. Review drafts for unsupported claims, wrong figures, copied language and off-brand tone. Repurpose one approved source into a blog outline, email and social posts.

Exercise: Turn an approved brief into a four-week plan and check one AI draft. Output: Four-week editorial calendar and reusable prompt set

Module 5: Google Ads and performance campaign planning

See where Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube fit in the customer journey. Plan objectives, keyword themes, exclusions, landing page relevance and budget assumptions. Agree conversion definitions before optimising, because automated campaigns learn from the goals, assets and signals you provide. Exercises use practice plans or authorised accounts, never unapproved live spend.

Exercise: Sketch a practice Search campaign with intent groups, exclusions and budget assumptions. Output: Practice campaign structure, ad drafts and exclusion list

Module 6: Social media, email and lead nurturing

Choose social channels by audience and purpose rather than habit. Compare awareness, education, proof and direct enquiry content. Write follow-up sequences that answer buyer questions step by step, with clear calls to action. Set lead routing rules, record outcomes, and respect permission, list quality and sensible frequency, including on WhatsApp.

Exercise: Write three follow-up messages and define when a lead moves to sales. Output: Channel plan and three-message nurture sequence

Module 7: Analytics, key events and useful reporting

Write a measurement plan before building any dashboard. Separate impressions and clicks from site behaviour, enquiries, qualified leads and revenue. Mark important actions as GA4 key events, use consistent UTM naming and calculate simple rates. Learn the limits of attribution and present one decision, its evidence and the next test in plain language.

Exercise: Calculate rates from sample campaign data and list the measurement gaps. Output: Measurement plan, UTM convention and report template

Module 8: Marketing operations and capstone project

Bring strategy, content, media and measurement together in one blueprint. Assign owners, separate quick tasks from those needing data or approval, and set review steps for AI content, creative, tracking, budgets and lead responses. Map one simple automation, such as an approved enquiry creating a follow-up task, before choosing any tool.

Exercise: Present your blueprint and agree owners and review dates for month one. Output: Campaign blueprint and 30-day implementation plan

Digital marketing training across India

Indian businesses sell to customers who may search in English, Hindi or a regional language, compare options on mobile and often continue the conversation on WhatsApp. The programme reflects this. Examples cover local search, mobile-first landing pages, WhatsApp follow-up, festive season planning and lead handling for real estate, education, retail, manufacturing and professional services. Teams learn to plan for their own buyers instead of copying global playbooks built for other markets.

Sessions run live online for teams spread across cities, or onsite at your office in Delhi NCR and other Indian cities. Outstation onsite programmes are usually scheduled as one or two day blocks. Online batches use the same exercises and review steps as classroom sessions. Parikshit has trained teams at Arvind Fashions, Sheela Foam (Sleepwell), Godrej Properties, Emami, Gaursons and vivo India, and has delivered sessions at IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee and IIT Guwahati.

Onsite cities: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Guwahati, plus live online sessions anywhere in India.

Responsible use of AI in marketing

  1. Never paste customer personal data or confidential figures into AI tools your company has not approved.

  2. Check every AI-generated claim, statistic and price against an approved source before anything is published.

  3. Collect and use personal data lawfully, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  4. Disclose AI use where readers would reasonably expect it, and keep a named person accountable.

  5. Do not use AI to mass-produce thin pages or fake reviews; quality and honesty come first.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a digital marketing course or an AI course?

It is a digital marketing programme that uses AI where it genuinely helps: research, drafting, comparison and summarising data. Strategy, customers, pages, search, ads, follow-up and measurement remain the core, and every AI output is reviewed by a person before use.

Can beginners join, or is it only for experienced marketers?

Beginners are welcome. A foundation track starts with goals, customers and the journey before moving to channels and tools. Experienced teams can request an advanced agenda on measurement, automation and AI workflows. Share participants' roles and experience before the proposal so the depth fits.

Do you cover SEO, AEO and GEO for AI search?

Yes. Module 3 covers search intent, page structure, metadata, local discovery and how Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode link to indexed pages. Google states these features need nothing beyond normal Search eligibility. Nobody can promise rankings or AI citations, and this programme does not.

Will my team work on our own Google Ads or GA4 accounts?

Only if access and scope are agreed in advance. Many teams learn on practice data or a demo account, then apply the method to live accounts afterwards. Live advertising with real spend is never part of training unless you approve a separate budget in writing.

Are ad spend and paid tool subscriptions included?

No. Ad spend, software subscriptions and ongoing campaign management are not included. Most exercises work with free tools or free versions of AI assistants. Where a feature needs a paid plan or account access, the proposal lists it in advance.

Can the training be customised for our industry?

Yes. Share your sector, participant roles, priority channels and one real business challenge. Examples can be built for real estate, education, retail, D2C, manufacturing, healthcare and B2B services. The written proposal then confirms modules, deliverables, duration, format and review scope.

Do you deliver onsite training outside Delhi NCR?

Yes. Onsite sessions are available in major Indian cities, and live online sessions suit teams anywhere in India or across several locations. Outstation onsite programmes are usually planned as one or two day blocks. Online batches use the same exercises and review steps.

What do participants take away from the programme?

Each module produces a working output, such as an audience brief, landing page wireframe, editorial calendar, campaign outline, measurement plan or nurture sequence. The capstone ends with a campaign blueprint and a 30-day plan with named owners and review dates.

Will the training increase our leads, sales or rankings?

No result is promised. The programme teaches planning, execution and review methods, and results depend on your market, offer, budget, data quality and consistency. What you can expect is a clearer process, better briefs, cleaner measurement and a team that knows how to test and improve.

How do we enquire, and how are fees decided?

Send a WhatsApp message or email with your company, team size, goals, preferred format and dates. Parikshit then shares a written proposal with modules, deliverables, dates and fees. Fees depend on scope, duration, format and location, so they are confirmed in the proposal, not published here.
