Frequently asked questions
Do you still cover ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?
Yes, as a short comparison so teams know which approved tool fits each task; the main practice is on Copilot.
Can sessions fit around hotel shifts?
Yes. Two shorter batches on the same day work well for hotel teams.
Do we need paid Copilot licences for the workshop?
Not for a first session. Free Copilot Chat covers many tasks; the workshop shows what paid Microsoft 365 Copilot adds inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Is this an official Microsoft course?
No. It is an independent, practitioner-led workshop built on your team's tasks. Free official modules are on Microsoft Learn.
