How to run the exercise
Choose a small set of hospitality or office tasks that fit the participants' roles. Keep real guest identifiers out of shared exercises. Agree which responses need supervisor review and which information must come from the booking or operational system.
How to assess the result
Review incorrect commitments, missing guest questions, handover omissions and approval time. Compare the final approved reply rather than the first generated draft.
